  • If I did something like this here in london with my es-1 mk2 I'd either get mugged or moved on by police! great work denkitribe!

wish i was there sharing a joint with you!

  • This is amazing! I know it's not summer anymore, but I need to do this with my ER-1...

  • Only in Japan can you take that out to a park and not get mugged.

  • nice music for nice place

  • i also lol'd

  • where can I find the Pocket Moba?

  • can you please tell me where can i get one of these portarble lithium batteries please? i have a er1 too but i dont know how find it , maybe in ebay ? thanks

  • @fuckableteam i think thomann or ebay will sell you that

  • I was wondering if anyone knows what could be wrong with my ER1 MK2. I let it sit for a year and went to use it last week. When I go to use the sequencer and try to toggle the 1-16 buttons more than one will light up. (ie: if I hit 1 then 1,3,4 light up. If I hit 6 then 6,7,8,and 9 will light up.) Tried resetting to defaults. Took apart and saw no popped caps or burnt boards. Everything else works fine just that. Any Ideas anyone?

  • GREAT IDEA!!

erm .. but wont running the machine under the voltage it was designed to run at affect it?

  • maybe, but one takes the chance.....

  • lol!!

  • how long does it last?

  • lmao that jogger was pretty funny for some reason....

  • Someone was selling something similar to this on Ebay. There is a video somewhere on Youtube desplaying them.

  • Good idea !

maybe i will try this with my sp-303, it goes with 9v dc too...

    cheers

  • geniale!! great!!

  • so chilllll. nice setting in the ackground too

  • can this do like trance stuff?

  • Techno, Trance, House, DnB. You name it.

(personally Techno sucks ass, but Trance, House and DnB kick ass ^_^)

  • does it have a drum n beats in it?or do we have to play it with some program?thought of buying it.

  • Drum n beats? It's a drum machine.

  • no no,its all in the box itself.

  • Haha, probably no idea what your talking about

  • electronic music outdoors is so epic.. reminds me of creamfields and other festivals, There should be more daytime festivals and parties..sigh. -

  • global dance festival

  • greetings from Spain. I have an er-1 but Please can you tell me the name of this portable batterie or how buy it? i need to buy it. Many thanks you!

  • DUDE you kick ass, can a similar, higher voltage battery be bought and used with the EMX-1? (probably, but how do you hook it up? the soldering?)

  • use a multi meter to work out positive and negative from adapter, sometimes you can tell from symbol printed on it

  • sweet!

  • Nice control. You might like our shtuff man. BRAINZ in JARZ.

  • I want to do something like that with my EMX :) what do you use to amp the sound?

I always have better inspiration in the outside. but be carefull with that! save all your work before the battery gets empty

  • very nice. i like it. good idea.

chill with your friends an doing musik... great.

totady im going to get my new esx and i think ill althoug buy a battery today ;)

  • holy shit man, i do the same thing.

  • That cool "wrrr" sound is from it, or from a car parked near?

  • sounds like flat beat mr.oizo

    sounds cool

  • does sound a bit mr.oizo -ish actually. i agree

  • i guess i wont do that with mu spectralis :)

Thanks alot, like your video. smart thing to do!!

    /Jamin

  • I do this with my MicroKORG, of course it's already battery-powered. FUN STUFF!

  • thats awesome man, great vid

  • yeah then some scally nob come up to you "GIVE US YER FUCKING KOOOOORRRG OR ILL KNIFE YA".

  • Thats what id do ;)

  • I'll fight to death!

  • Outside :) Me and my mate have 220v transformer in his car, works great for stuff like this, and subwoofer ofsource :D

  • hey man, is it hard to make your own battery pack for the electribes? could you point me in the direction of a tutorial? thanks x oll

  • Is it better to have an EMX or would an ER +EA be just as good or better?

  • Hi pickleweasel0! :)

I had The EA1,ES1,EM1 and I still got the ER1. I have tried the EMX(1 months). What you can make with the 2 modules can Not be done with the EMX and vice versa.2 different worlds.Good or better is really up to you. But I'll suggest you to get an ESX1,for the simple reason that you can ALWAYS load new samples once you're tired of the old ones, while with the EMX you'll have to stick ALWAYS with the same sounds. Also You'll have 8 drum parts,2 k-board,2 stretch,1 slice,1 audio in

  • my reply is actually above :]

  • wow the countrside of europe it looks like

  • is there any difference in the features on the mkII and the original? from what iveseen there isnt

  • the mk2 has an fm-mode where the frequ. of two of the synth parts can modulate each other. forgot how korg calls that feature but thats the only difference.

  • I want to have Denki's babies.

Tell me, how long does the batt go?

  • Is that an older model ER-1 because mine looks a lot different.

  • it's a newer model than the one you own.

    ER-MKII

  • Haha man! thats awesome and, nice scene too.

Btw guys i dont think that a half or a bit more volts will damage the gear. Just the oscillators will sound strange or it will not turn off anyway :D

  • i found a battery which delivers 3000mA (that's what the emx/esx requires) but delivers only 7.2 volts(the emx/esx requires 9 volts). do you think that that's enough??

  • interesting - can you post the link to it for us?

7.2 vs 9, sounds risky, but I can't say for sure. Anyone?

  • ww dot hecke dot co m/shop/Articles dot asp?groep=Accessoires&subgroep=Batterijen

    and then type 6SC3000C

but it's for racing so i don't know for sure

  • I found many of these at a site, R/C Planet. So many batteries, but none of them quite right. I just can't afford to fry my ESX, which I use constantly for performance

  • as always completely Superior to everyone and everything :D ..it would be nice if you could have a look at my emx work thank you :D

  • yeh way cool...!!, i can allready do this with me microkorg. but with a lil tweaking i can sequence with me esx on the go as well....cool....yeh, the busking idea sounds sweet, just bring along a laptop with ableton to compliment

  • Great stuff! You should try to busk with the er1.

  • nice!

  • Awesome video. Keep it up!

  • hahaha

    even outside....damn youre amazing

  • COOL MAN!!!!

    :D

  • yeah so cool!

how long the battery keep the charge?

    very interesting!

  • would it be possible for you to post the info as to how you did this? i am ever curious about how to make portable music. nice work!!!

  • Wow dude something new from you all the time...Inspiring

  • Is this possible for the emx????i wonder.. whats the voltage required for that. also polarity as im no where near mine at the mo but ultra mobile if possible.

  • emx is also 9 volt.... but i don't think it's a good idea to do that, because it's a very sensitive piece of hardware... i want it like this so badly, but i wouldn't dare...(i have also emx)

  • I'm also interested in a battery for my ESX.

That chunky, nonstandard power box is trouble. ;-)

note that it is 9V, 3000mA, compared with ES which is 9V, 500mA.

    The milliamps matter!

I suspect it's more to supply power to the tubes.

  • where u from dude give me ur mail we could make some cool sounds

    gear list.

    ob 12, emx,supernova,evs-1. sx3 kp3

  • Denki you zany chap :D. Cool video as always.

  • Always a pleasure to hear your work.

Winter has left yet, so for the moment I'm happy sitting in my warm bed making sweet ... music ... with my EMX.

    Mmmmmm ........... EMX .........

  • yeah really cool

    i love your sound :p

    we want more
