it isn't worth it though.. If you have to keep using this treatment for more than a week to start seeing changes.. You might as well just get a very good dental toothpaste and the result seems faster, trust me.. brush twice a day and you will see improvement faster.

You have to be careful because the sensation you describe at day 7 is the slow disintigration of your tooth enamel. And later on in life, you may find that they end up black or very yellow due to decalcification. Be very careful using white strips. They make your teeth white in the beginning, but they can do long term damage.

@chrisbartley88 Yeah it certainly does. I had to pause the daily treatment for a bit as it made mde my teeth very sensitive. But generally, the treatment responds differently for each person and it certainly does work. Worth giving it a go to see if it works for you :)
