Such a great song. I appreciate the understated drummer, but the second guitar (not Chris!) detracts from the simple beauty of the song and Chris' picking style. The backing (and solo) guitar on the Time Stands Still recording is much more complementary to the song. That said, I appreciate the production quality!
Thank You Jessie ! The Crew of Music Fog deserves a Grammy Award for the talented work all of you do. A world full of music has been brought into my home and I can't THANK YOU enough.
I just heard him on West Coast Live. He played this by himself. I would love to see a video of that performance (or another of this song, by himself). I haven't been able to find one, though.
i heard this song on the radio the other day... i fell in llove with the sound. Then- at the grocery store the other day i saw a poster, hes coming to our small town! im pretty excited, got 2 tickets! :)
He's been this good for decades... just flew under most people's radar. And yes... he LOVES doing small, live venues. Go see him if you can. He'll make you laugh and cry.
He's a genius and he's got talent, talent, talent! He deserves all the support at the live gigs he so loves playing at. Thanks for the post, and I still buy his material though!!!
I love Chris but this is hard to watch due to the terrible editing and shaky "camerawork." He deserves better.

Its great a drummer who stay away from the Kick drum allowing Chris's feet to hold the back beat !
