hmm I think you should automatically gain a tile if you win a game personally.

someone could win a lot of games but not have that reflected in his or her strategic progress.

you could dicefor things like force marching or going thru rough terrain though. but hey thems the rules..

oh i thought planetary empires wa like just a smaller version of 40k not a campaign orginiser. well thats alot kooler than I thought. But i think im too cheap to buy it so I think id just make a board game for it kuz i know how to from school

Some of my gaming friends and I played a campaign and had a blast doing it. I wish you much luck and success in yours. If you won the battle why did you fail to take the tile?

It takes a dice roll to take a tile, I only needed a 5 on 2d6 but rolled a 3 :(
