In Italy you find the highest mountains of Europe, beautiful beaches, alpin lakes... but the best is that to move from mountains to the sea you need just 45 minutes (i've tasted it myself :from Gran Sasso to the adriatic coast 40 minutes)

In Greece you can find sea by beautiful beaches, lakes, sunny weather, Mediterranean food and over 2000 islands and islets full of European tourists in the summer:) Visit Malia of Crete if you are young and looking for something different but please behave your self! Just kidding:)

The next thing I want the EU to do is to replant the once great forests of Europe. They are all pretty much cut down.

Yep, and the Vikings cut down all trees on Iceland. And the Romans cut down almost all trees around the Mediterranean Sea. And the British made all their forests into farmfields.
