Ok always keep FOSE upto date and install it in the main fallout 3 folder , not the data folder this will fix everthing , my chars dont keep holding the PDA and my arm is not missing nothing everthing works , just some little bugs to still sort out but give him some time hes still working on it :)
did you have to download the FOSE file to get it working because doesnt your person have a bit of their arm missing and costantly holds it in their hand if you dont and if you did download the FOSE file did you put it in the Fallout 3 Data folder? please answer me i really want this mod i got it to work but i just need to know where to put the FOSE file to stop the bugs i mentioned above
the link works now this is for a newer version ,i`m not playing fallout right now but i may install it again soon

I am making a mod, and i wan't to remove the pipboy glove, and add a pipboy like this one (I don't like the clumsy big one).
Do anyone of you got an idea how to do it?

yeah it will be hes still working on it this is just the second version its the pipboy PDA its works 100% this mod is very new
