i remember the days when i was a gymnast and i could do everything you are doing...... i am trying to get my splits back down again but they arent going any were i am like 3 in off ground. i really need to get my flexibility back!
Right, here's the deal: I take care of the wedding invitations and you take care of the cake lol Anyway, well done. Btw, I got my left and middle splits but still nowhere near as flexible as I want. Guess I'm too old for these things lol

well stretch a lot, like around 3 times a day, but stretch slowly and warm up first, like jump on a trampoline or run or something. eventually you'll get it! Good luck!
