Pause the video between 0.20 and 0.26. Notice that the lines are not entirely straight. This is being shot at an angle, and because of that, it looks like the Browns stopped them on 4th down. But I agree with tg101393, Walt Anderson had the best view of it, and if he says that it is a first down, then it is a first down.

He is not really covering for the refs. Do you hear him talk about the refs from the Texans/Vikings game, that not exactly covering for them. Like it or not the angles do make a difference. The Steelers have been screwed by the refs in the biggest of games this decade ( just shearch "To all you delusional Steeler haters who blame the refs...") but whether I like it or not the ref had a better angle than I do. I have no choice but assume the ref made the correct call, becuase of evidence.
