  • theres a problem with the low beam v sit. It is going to train your shoulders to come up in the vault which locks you into the bucket position. Great muscular workout but may result in a bad habit. - be aware!

  • @Zenithteal was strictly for strength building. The goal with gymnastics training is that if the verity is wide enough the vaulter will have good enough body awareness to adapt to new pole vaulting techniques they are taught. if you look through my other videos you will see pole vault specific drills.

  • that one was twice a week with each station 3 times

  • so how often do you guys do this workout and how much of it per session??
