It appears as though this pilot was landing his AS350 on a small tow trailer... but his left skid falls off the edge (see the abrupt left tilt, just after touchdown). So he tries to lift off to reposition the aircraft, but the left rear skid hooks under the trailer and the aircraft rolls hard left on it's side. This is known as dynamic rollover, and can happen when part of the aircraft is held or stuck (with a rope or tie down, or as in this case, a hooked skid) as the pilot tries to liftoff.
Yup looks like he was landing on a trailer. Ground resonance PLUS dynamic rollovers = Bad day
