  • man, she's a real beauty!

  • LOL by 2014 when the bill takes affect more ppl will lost medicare stuff and more ppl will be with no money anyways so why make a bill that will cause that? Well its simple there fking stupid duh ever thought of that ppl? nice vid girl.

  • # 6. I don't want "health" insurance.

    # 7. I put my money in staying healthy and prevention. Don't need insurance.

    # 8. The whole system is "sick".

    # 9. Doctors are just greedy drug pushers now. These drugs are dangerous with harmful side-effects nobody needs them.

#10 This whole system works by you being sick. They want you sick. They don't cover prevention at all.

  • don;t forget the part about all the extras they added on like making growing your own vegetables and giving them away illegal H510

  • I don't mean to offend but what significance whatsoever does your constitution make if nobody give a jack about it?

  • @rebelq1 see, we do give give a jack......its the assholes in government who don't but hopefully we will be removing them soon

  • @232323C

it's the guns that matter not some worthless text!

  • @rebelq1 some worthless text? Its the text that takes your freedom away...so you don;t care if they say you can't grow a garden and give away some tomatoes? well, its the beginning......of the end if u ask me and VERY important.....that we make sure it gets dumped in the trash can........gun rites are equally important...freedom is freedom.....take one and the rest go

  • I think a lot of people are reacting very emotionally to this bill which has quite a number of good provisions--such as preventing insurance companies from discriminating against people with 'pre-existing conditions' and also children and women's insurance, I believe. It removes the donut hole...Dems who passed this said in the same breath that this is just a 'starter house' and much more needs to be done in the way of real reform...

  • I have some questions to ask: why do you think this bill is unconstitutional? this is often a wild charge thrown around without substantiation. I would object to a bill if it gives pharmaceuticals more power or profitability over anything in 'health care'. I call it our 'Lack of Health Care' system. I am a natural health care provider who is starting a nutritional therapy practice. More later...

  • @truthenergy

In the original framing of our country, the Federal Government was to only have power over the States, international affairs, the Treasury and National Defense.

Only the individual States were to have authority over the individual Citizen.

There are many things today that are un-Constitutional.

    Federal Income Tax, for one...

Research the 16th Amendment, passed in 1911. There is also compelling evidence that the 16th Amendment was never even ratified by the required 3/4 majority!

  • you normally spend more than 8% of your income of your health insurance as it is.... you are so fucking retarded if you think 8% is bad its better than your paying now

  • @AntiVenomFangX

That is for health care that basically works and that you have a say in.

For all that they are touted, people with means from Canada, England, France, et. al come to the US for treatment of serious disease b/c their odds of survival or MUCH better than in their own countries with socialized healthcare.

If it's all about the dollars, then yes - it's retarded.

If it's about your actual health (care) - then, not so much.

  • @HashECM

oh really a say in? you have no say in it unless you can afford about 20% of your pay, if you want to spend the 8% you have to do whatever you employer tells you to have. so you're absolutely wrong on that point

only doctors to millionaires and billionaires are the ones who offer such a better chance of survival.... did you honestly think that middle class, or even upper middle class have access to those kinds of doctors?

the best health care costs the most. me and you dont get it.

  • Comment removed

  • @HashECM

those people who come here are not regular middle class people. they are the ones who can afford the good healthcare.

we do have the best healthcare available. and we also have the best sport cars, houses, boats, private jets available... but when the best is only affordable to the top 2-5% of a population it doesnt really matter to the workinng class who gets tricked into believing that themselves receive this "best" health care

  • #2: not entirely accurate.

Yes taxation begins the fiscal year after it is enacted (which is sort of like immediately, but not really), and yes, many of the benefits don't start until 2013/2014, BUT some do start much sooner than that - already insurance companies cannot discriminate on the basis of pre-existing conditions in minors, and as of Jan 1, 2011, people up to age 26 (instead of max. 23) will be covered by their parent's health insurance.

  • 1 out of five Americans are without a job - so the story goes - they don't have the money for health care - beacuase they doesnt have a job... That means no income... And you wont pay 8% in taxes -.- what a stupid selfish bitch

  • dont comply dont pay the pharmer industry to poison you dont pay say no stop paying IRS its a private corporation and no law says you have to pay they are criminals tax tax tax thats all its about.

  • cont.

i.e. the right to not die in the gutter because you cant afford basic health care; having chosen to spend your pittance of a minimum wage on food / rent instead.

I'm guessing you're comfortably wealthy enough to afford private health care.

  • 1 why would you not want health coverage?

2 bills that bring massive changes to society take time

3 drug companies already have monopolies, which is why constantly rip people off.

4 the cost of everything rises. the over expense in the health care system is entirely due to private corporations (pharmaceutical, insurance etc) ripping everyone off.

5 you cant even name which part of the constitution it supposedly breaks.

"Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" are fundamental rights.

  • gain that wisdom

  • when do the taxes go into effect now that it's passed?

  • I'm 59 years old as of 30 days ago - in a competitive production environment where millisecond responses are critical to survival - if anything, avoidance of H.C. has allowed me to continue working: I do better than teenagers everyday and have to or die

al Queda has an army of over 100 who are willing to die

I hope we get a Milita of 1,000 who are eager to die

either that or have the leeches leave it alone

  • Am I unamerican because I can run and/or finish a mile? Because the democrats and obama have basically said as much. Who do these guys represent, if not the young, healthy, and responsible?

  • I'm Canadian and 17% of my income goes to health care. I see a family doctor once a year because I'm young and healthy. So that once a year visit costs me about $ 8000.00. Fair deal would you not say! Welcome America to high taxes!

  • This legislation in unconstitutional, financially impossible and will probably eventually lead to a breakup of the United States as a result, there is so much more than "Health-Care" in this bill, its a mandate for total control of every human life

  • YOUR TOO LATE!!

    The bill already passed!!

    GET OVER IT.

  • HealthCare is being passed tommorow! Lol! Obama beat yah mama! Lets get it Obama!

  • HealthCare is being passed tommorow! Lol! Obama beat yah mama! Lets get it Obama!

  • The bill provides FREE Healthcare. sTOP LYING! What costs!

  • Healthcare is very complicated.

    ...but it needs reform.

  • @slayerette86m

    We already have Healthcare.

When was the last time you heard of anyone being turned away from the ER?

Now, look at how likely people with Chronic diseases or expensive issues like they need a new heart get help with the Healthcare.......It's about the same as going to the ER. There is no real difference except that we still have the ability to get a better health care through private companies that will provide treatments.

  • @Twisteddreamer78

But what happens if you acquire cancer or some life threatning disease that that is going to require complex treatments?

You'd be surprised that some people do get turned awar from the E.R. It does happen. And this isn't some crazy commet, I mean that it really happens.

We can get better healthcare through private companies? That's IF they want to pay for it.

  • @slayerette86m

As I said before and as you'd know if ya took time to look at the bill.......If your condition is serious enough, they may ("May" as in they have the authority and are likely to do so "may") deny you treatment altogether.

On top of that, they will regulate what treatments you can take and what doctors you can see and what medicines you can take. Alternative medicines and practices will be out. New Experimental procedures will be damn near impossible to access.

  • @Twisteddreamer78 The same way it's damn near impossible to get an experimental procedures approved through a health insurance company? Yes, and you can still get denied and can repeal that claim.

  • @slayerette86m

The difference is that there are several types of insurance companies with different types of Coverage. If you want coverage for something major you can add it to your plan and wallah!

The same is not true with Universal healthcare which is why people come from all over the world to here in order to get treatments that aren't covered by universal healthcare in their countries.

The chances of you appealing a federal Insurance denial successfully are almost completely 0.

  • Who knew liberty looked so good! However, thanks for relaying the message of freedom.

  • thank you for everything you do!

  • Great video telling the truth about this monstrosity of a so called reform. Stop these people from passing this idiotic bill by any means necessary

  • btw...$1000 is less than most people's anual increases.....and the constitutional thing, healthcare has been an idea throun around in our government for over 40 years now and it didn't hold any meaning then....the constitution was written over 200 years ago...and was desgined by our founding father's so that it could be amended...oh yeah...and fuck you

  • well if the benefits don't start now...isn't that all the more reason to pass this now...so we can start helping people...or am i wrong??

  • Healthcare now is optional.

Healthcare under the new Reform(Which is of the entire system btw, not just Health Insurance)

Will be MANDATORY or you will face heavy fines, fees, taxes, and possibly even prison time.

Go to OpenCongress(Dot)org or Govtrack(Dot)us to read the bills.

  • first of all....healthcare now is far more than 8% of your income....and that 8% is a flat out lie....i was just lied to....the tax for this wouldn't go up that much at all...and anyway wouldn't you want to help those in need (uninsured americans)...or are you just being the traditional greedy selfish republican...never even considering the wellfare of others

  • first of all....fuck you....you goddam greedy selfish republican...im 14 years old....my mother lost her job because of breast cancer.....luckily her benefits continue for several months...covering my entire family....but once those months are up and if she still remains unemployed then my family could be facing thousands of dollars per month on healthcare...i need this to pass and so did the 45,000 uninsured americans who died last year...simply because they were uninsured....fuck you

  • And you're entire family will go to prison if they dont purchase Health Insurance.

    Read the bills bro

  • Nutblast23 good point, if only megan fox would be as smart as she is beautiful

  • Wow, brains and beauty. Great combination..

  • bullshit they start right the covers

  • Another smart America who understand that this bill is UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!!

  • @zaphodchick

since when do you care about what is constitutional??? oooohhhh when a democrat is in office. i get it your a right winger first and american second... hahah good job

  • @zaphodchick isnt most of what the federal government does unconstitutional? Recognizing just the things you disslike as unconstitutional is somewhat... hypocritical

  • Here's an idea, someone just get a rope.

  • Pay taxes ! OH NO !!! NEVER !!

I won't help no one, only me, myself and.. I.

  • You seem to be confusing taxes with charity. Taxes are something we HAVE to pay to cover the cost of the govt defending the country, it's #1 job. Charity is something we can choose to give to help people like you pay for your insurance because you are too stupid to prioritize your wants and needs.

  • ccinfo..that lump aint no muthafuckin ball, that's cancer..CHECK IT!!!!CHECKI IT!!

  • check it check it?? Exactly what does that mean? Don't you know how to speak English or are you one of those illegal aliens here getting free medical and social security?

  • yeah, you might want top ckeck that old testi right out!! faggot like u doesn't need any balls anyhow!

  • ccfinfo, aka pickledbill, pickledbill1,yankyretard,gostr idr2012,ellinofftheturd,yousuc k427,jonvale5576, and all the other fake pussy ass accounts you hide behind like some scared pedophile nonce cunt, or are you just some despised filthy nonce cunt trying to remain anonymous? Go open some more accounts and speak amongst yourself , yeah, that really seems to be working out! you pedo freak!

  • So you are labelling me with YOUR fake accounts? You really do have issues. Can I help you find some psychiatric help. How do you find the time to deal with all of the multiple personalities you are being plagued with. Also, why are you so infatuated with my balls? It is usually the people that yell the loudest that are trying to hide something. Whatcha trying to hide. Are you in the closet? See, I can dish it out as much as you can. Go home and grow up if you want to play with us big boys.

  • Hi everyone...my names ccfinfo..i'm a morbidly obese middle aged pedo freak that starts shit over the net as I'm so fucking lame in real life, and am so jeolous of those that actually have a reason to exist that I will probably go and shoot a school up as soon as my prozac runs out!! although I'll probably fuck that up as I'm such a fekking failure in life!!!ooh well, a I have multiple accounts so can at least give this message a thumbs up!!

  • Is that all you have pickledick? Like I said before if you want to play with the big boys, go home and grow up first. Oh and as far as I can see it only my one id talking to your 20 (or is it 50? I can't keep up with your multiple personalities). Kiss kiss

  • ccfinfo: yeah, the boys are all here, we're taking bets on when the pain in your slap nuts will get so bad, you'll have to post standing up..I bet one week! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

  • @youhobowhore ???? What is it with you and my nuts? Dude, you are a real perv. So are you and your multiple personalities also taking bets on when you will snap?

  • ooh what a feelin'..when old slap nuts is a reelin'..wowow come and play PUSSY!!!

A NEEDS SOME HEALING..BUT HIS NUTS HAVE NO FUCKIN FEELIN..WOWOW

  • superb..I think you seen em off boy!!! his a scuttling back to the hole like a lil varmit!!

  • fucking red neck

  • @youhobowhore ??????????????

  • fucking minger!!!!!!and you know it...!!hahahaaaaahahahaa..n o wonder you don't get any!! hahaha cancerous fuck!!

  • ccfinfo:What's up, didn't your parents love you enough "gal" ? A deformed hermaphrodite fag hag with malignant bitch tits and big slap nuts to boot!..Well, good for you! most grotesque disfigured freaks would've caved in, made tracks for carnieville and performed with some fire eating midget trapeze artist! but not you, you pucker up, apply make up with a trowel and resist the social stigmata that would've broken lesser transfags!!

You Go Girl.. guydykes the world over salute you..SLAP NUTS!!

  • Oh look you made a new name in honor of me. I knew you liked me but this is just ridiculous. Oh and exactly what is a "Slap nut"? It is getting old though. You sound like a broken record. Do you have anything USEFUL to say? I am quite impressed with you word usage, though. You used a big boy word and spelled it correctly. Aww, good for you sweetie.

  • @ccfinfo why all the fake accounts?? SLAPNUTS!!!

  • @ccfinfo you can't shut me up can you numbnuts..is the ache gettin' to much "gal"? I'm starting to think you're just a big PUSSY!!

  • @ccfino, I know you like to switch between boy/shemale persona, but why do you keep switchiing between fake accounts? I mean, you don't even try to hide your big NUMBNUTS, so it's obvious. Why don't you speak with your Micheal Bisping accent any longer? Anyway, go learn some basic grammar at whatever carehome you're holed up in, better still, put your key worker on, as your mind is obviously too fragile and you're not making ANY sense....SLAPNUTS!!

  • ccinfo, when are you logging into your account? it's as if it doesn't exist..check it out!!!!!!!

  • ccfinfo.. you seem agitated.... you pathetic little man! you fail in life! Why all the fake accounts?? CHECK IT OUT!!

  • The bill is goin to pass regardless of what you want. When people learn they have no control over the government then they will ignore it.

  • I listen to allot of guys talking about these topics. I never watch them, just listen. You I watch very closely. You hypnotize me...

  • I would so hit that rich whore.

  • We need to unit and stand as one against this tyranny government for our Liberty and Freedoms.

Were born here on Earth and now we have to pay money to live here who is really in charge and why do we let these things happen to us and who is in charge that we have to pay them to live here on EARTH and who are we paying for the privilege to live here who made them the boss who put them in charge? "think about that".

It's time to wake up and take back whats ours this is our Planet.

  • I just went to the emergency room because of a tiny speck of steel in my eye. I had to pay over $1000 out of my pocket and didnt get any medical help. The doctor came in with a q-tip and couldnt get it but recommended I see an eye doctor the next day and so I went to a clinic and got it removed. I just got a bill for the doctor at the hospital(the Dr. with the q-tip) and the bill was over $200 and he didnt do anything but shine a light in it and tell me I had something in it. I KNEW THAT!

  • okay we have universal healthcare in Australia

ans its only a 1.6% tax levy before 30

and a 3% tax levy after 30, it is the best thing ever

dont have to pay for doctors if your of correct age,

and if your not it is heavily subsidised by our

government, medical bills from hospitals are covered in this, (unless you go to a private hospital) but universal health care is the best thing to happen to my country. idk why America cant make it work.

  • Greedy Rich in America dont want it to happen! Yes this bill is terrible! We NEED universal single payer healthcare.- Expanded medicare

  • doesn't matter what anybody says or does, it's happening because the majority want it. the majority has never been known to be intelligent and logical.

  • thanks for the info, shelly, but it's not possible to demand something by clicking a button.

  • know what, I dont give a damn how expensive this is.

I have been in industry for over thirty yrs. I have first hand experiance with the insurance indus. dad sells it, brothers a banker,

In my thirty yrs. experiance I have seen the costs from both professions, of health care go from afforadable, to nothing, in the end, I had nothing but catastrophic health care, I payed for everything else.

I have talked to people in canada I'll take their policy today,,,thankyou

  • It's interesting how you actually have no idea what you're talking about. The healthcare bill was a scam, pushed by large corporations. You'll end up violating people's rights, paying more, and having inferior health coverage. Moron.

  • I hope the states sue and keep this unconstitutional crap tied up in court for years. Im sick of the government wasting and mismanaging our tax money and then trying to tell us they know what is best for our healthcare. 2010 will be a bloody battlefield because after the bailout fiascos and wildly escalating federal deficits, and 900K cost of a mortgage modification for every foreclosed home, most people I know are just sick of the madness!

  • If the government's objective was to provide health insurance for the uninsureds, just expand the Medicaid program and pay doctors a fair reimbursement rate? That way those who need it could have free coverage, and the rest could keep their current insurance without being forced to buy what the government deems as 'adequate insurance'. It is a personal decision to have / not have health insurance. If you choose to pay doctors out of pocket, you should not be forced to buy health insurance.

  • If nothing is done thousands will still have no insurance and costs will continue to rise....people who do not want universal coverage are selfish. America has turned into the me me me generation....Many think...I have insurance...screw everyone else.

  • Because I DON'T want to burden my neighbor with higher taxes and higher insurance premiums, I'm selfish? That makes no sense!

Universal Healthcare doesn't work. Ask someone in Canada with colon caner if their healthcare works. Oh wait, you won't. The treatment for colon cancer is too expensive, and therefore the government won't approve the usage, so they die (thats why they come here for treatment).

Keep dreaming that Universal Healthcare is the answer.

  • You are beautiful, eloquent. intelligent. well-informed, and most importantly, sincere. You might consider working in some capacity with Ron Paul. Vice president? Hey, if Sarah can do it....Ha,ha. A lot of the 2 party boyz wouldn't be able to resist casting a vote in your direction. You are what a "MISS AMERICA" ought to be. You could have skated through life with your beauty, but instead, you worked hard and dedicated yourself to virtuous endevours. Thank you.

  • heianyone wanna cam and swap pics then let meh know

  • So was it unconstitutional to force us to buy car insurance as well? Where is the proof that insurance will rise yearly and who will be charged?

  • No because that is a state issue.

  • Car insurance and health insurance are not the same thing. Car accidents can cause catastrophic damage, loss of life and health. Me having a stroke or heart attack does not affect you. Especially if I pay for my treatment or opt to purchase health insurance (which most responsible people do anyway!). If the govt wants to cover the poor and irresponsible like they do now they can. If they expand Medicaid's availability, believe me most people will sign up-no tax penalty threat is needed!

  • I would like to meet this kind of girls. Smart and beautiful.

  • Truthinmidamerica

could be us citizen living in Germany

and according to your own government what you both say is of no concern.

  • Thanks Shelly, Please dont stop. The truth of the matter is most people in the U.S. wont be able to afford health care. You just cant be competitive globally if you are paid enough to have health care. As a slave of the U.S. I know this all to well.

  • You really need to get educated.

  • You're german so your say is of no concern.

  • And you are clearly a proxy of our neo-fascist government elite.

  • And you cannot seem to distinguish fascism by laissez faire and fascism by banking.

  • There is no fascism by laissez faire. Laissez faire is completely incompatible with fascism because laissez fair is, BY DEFINITION, free of government intervention. Fascism, being a merger between government and industry, is a fundamental government intervention in the market.

  • Yeah, like there were the right of workers in such a setup.

  • PObserver -

Umm...? There's more to politics than worker's rights. But still... in laissez faire the workers have rights: the right to sue for damages if injured on the job, the right to leave and find other employment, the right to acquire new skills and seek better pay etc.

The fatal flaw of the socialist/communist system is the emergence of middle-class skilled laborers who are NOT interchangeable. In Laissez Faire, employers compete for labor, and have to entice us to work for them :)

  • When capital owns the market they own the workers. IDK why your points are all post-FDR, but they are.

  • Public option already exists. Medicaid / Medicare. People are so brainwashed.

  • nope the death panels/medicare advisory board are also in there so is dirty HARRY REIDS provision to make the whole thing irreversable! see jim demint!

  • Shelly Roche Rocks.

  • if the bill passes

You people, work out, practice shooting guns

there will be a civil war, revolution type situation in this country soon

  • Thank you Shelly. You make us all proud. Bless you Sweetheart!

  • I'm wondering when people are gonna start burning politician's homes, flipping over their State-furnished cars, and stringing them up on tree branches, like in the old days. I'm ready to take back my Constitution. But people don't seem to be into it. I'm scared. I just want my Constitution back. I'm amazed, ashamed, and frightened at my fellow citizens' laziness and complacency.

  • Burn hell you phuquing Rev 2:9 jues, hospitals are the 3rd leading cause of preventable death in the USA, five years running! (look it up) if it were an accident they would have corrected it the second year, now you want toextort money from us and force us to go to your filthy population control program? Phuque U Pig! ...Folks, I want to see this re-posted every where!

  • time to take the revolution to the next level, obviously the rejects can't take a hint, we want to be free not constantly regulated, they can go to the vast Euro wasteland for that

  • There are things in this bill that none of us know about, none of them good for any American. If you belong to a union, maybe you get a break. If you're a regular person or a doctor, you are going to get the royal screws put to you. Doctors' hands will be tied. It's not going to be good for any of us. Please open your eyes and investigate.

  • if you are a member of a public union you wont be affected, everyone else, you fekked

  • Believe me, the screws will be put to everyone! The ONLY thing good about this bill is that insurance companies cannot deny coverage to people with pre-existing conditions. Covering chronically sick people will cost more. That cost will be spread around. BUT dont think costs will decrease. Combined with expanded coverage for poor, indigent, sick, mentally ill, the cost spread will cause everyone's premiums to rise.

  • Everything she says is true! Some people need to pull their heads out of the sand. It is all telling how bad this bill is when they have to resort to THREATS AND BRIBES to get their own dumocrats to vote for it.

  • Just prepared to pay more and dont complain when your cell phone, iPod, flat screen TV, entertainment and other disposable dollars are significantly reduced in the coming years. If you do--then according to some on this post--you are just being selfish!

  • that must make you an o-s-t-r-i-c-h. Have you seen the bill?

  • You're all psychos. Guess what!? Descartes was fucking WRONG!

    Losers...

  • @mistaspot1 It's not surprising that you immediately resort to name calling. It shows your weakness, and lack of ability for intelligent debate. Communist left wingers like yourself are famous for that however. Don't bash an idea simply because you don't comprehend its brilliance. Cogito ergo sum.

  • Have you read the bill? Actually, few of our Senators have gotten to see it. Under "transparency" it was written by people that we don't know behind closed doors. Where in America is this even close to correct?

  • Comment removed

  • Signed. Thanks!! Below is my comment on petition:

There is way too much bad outweighing the good in this bill. Too much is for agendas instead of what is good for the American people, by the way, paying your salary and voting you in office. The American people can't afford this and it's unconstitutional. Perfect one thing at a time. No lumping/no pork!

  • Well said!

  • Wake up and smell the fascism

  • The bastards will control us if we do not resist.

  • Good information. Would you elaborate on how we can explain that it is outside of constitutional limits to others?

    Thanks!

  • @redmolotail One reason it is unconstitutional, is because the government has no authority whatsoever to tell you that you absolutely must buy something, yet if you don't agree with them you will be fined. Harry Reid also included 100% free medical for Nebraska for life just so he could buy his 60th vote, and the rest of the country will be paying for that as well. This bill will also be creating monopolies, which are currently illegal. Vote all the incumbents out in 2010.

  • @redmolotail Another reason it is unconstitutional is that healthcare is not a right enshrined by the Constitution, and by mandating health insurance for every American, Congress is overstepping the authority granted to it by the Constitution. A tax on Americans who refuse to buy healthcare insurance also violates the 16th Amendment, which regulates how government can raise and spend taxes. A tax that falls exclusively on anyone who is uninsured is a penalty beyond Congress authority.

  • American bureaucrats have for over 100 years sold out the American people to corporations by pretending to be doing the people a favor.

Had the American people actually understood the constitution they never would have allowed bureaucrats to put into place Medicare & Medicare which is where this mess started.

    cato . org /research /articles /cpr28n4-1 . html

    And this:

    tinyurl . com /mpqeq2

We are the 21st century Weimar Republic as it was their constitution that also became irrelevant.

  • i dont critisize americans and i dont want to be missunderstood..it must be possible to discus without hate ..with reason...i dont say that our system is the best...the healthcare in germany is not so good like the healthcare in the scandinavian countrys..no one is without failure

  • do what you want its your land ..your people..your poor..and helpless.people....do what you want..but do it with a sense of responsibility...i am not a kommunist or nazi.i am a democratic educated person.not a radical....i am only against suffer and egoism....you got 50 millions of your people suffering just like in a third world land without healthcare..not we in germany...i take care about my family my people my nation!

-- i dont critisize your sense for freedom and indivudality.

  • 13 million of those 50 are illegal aliens, and they have FREE healthcare in the form of emergency room visits. So can I cross the german border illegally and get free health care? What is hateful about expecting people who want the benefits to go through the legal immigration process?

  • @charmayn sorry ..some of the comments are stupid and full of hate and not civilized..and by the way a land with only 2 politcal partys sponsored of the economy is not the right way how a democracy works.for the people...republicans and democrats are bought of the econmy for their econmic interests..this is not good for a land ..where are social or green partys?i miss a third party and coalitions..

    50-13=37

  • it's not helpful to make specific claims about the nature of legislation without providing information on how those claims were formulated, or at least where you heard them

  • you need to quite you job, becuse you suck as a servie member. and I hope your CO can find this post.. and then you will be gone. Rember the part to "Uphold and Defend" you swore too? guess not FUCKING LOOSER

  • First of all you're making no sense and Second I joined because instead on sitting back and yapping at people and being a fucking seep i chose to go and make a difference for someone...

  • drawing parallels between the constitution and the bible just comes to show how much of a retard you are.

  • not seeing the parallels shows you are dont tread on me guy

  • So you, as a service member who has been served in two branches of our military, you swore to "support and defend the Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic...."

So by your logic, you swore an oath to support and defend the bible? Twice?

  • But supernova, to elaborate, the constitution and the bill of rights are supposed to limit the power of government and restrict the government from infringing on our rights.

There is nothing even remotely similar to a book that is a collection of half ass stories supposedly inspired by an almighty God that seek your worship. Nothing.

Even the page count doesn't even come close.

  • @Supernova310 I hate to crush your fantasy that the constitution is dynamic, but it isn't. How about you list some of the flaws that you believe are in the constitution? Without that your argument is weak and without base. Spin that pinko bullshit somewhere else.

  • You don't sound like a really rich person. This is going to increase your insurance premiums by a large amount. You're going to be taxed on items you buy at the grocery store. If you have good insurance, you are going to be taxed on that. Doctors will be taken to court if they don't go by the letter of the law--whatever that might be. How can one practice medicine and give to his patients if he/she is in the office reading the manual sent out by the government? Transparency. Where is it?

  • The American Oligarchs(who are richer than the pharaohs) are using their money, power, and influence, to make themselves billions more. They lobby the Congress, who then pass laws like this one, cap n trade or NAFTA...which take from the actual workers in America and makes fortunes for the American Oligarchs.

  • a sweetheart deal for the private insurance companies for sure and I like your unconstitutional point. We have to draw the line somewhere, no? thanks Shelly ;)

  • yeah.. redistributing the wealth alright. The only redistribution I see is going upwards-- not trickling down to the people who are STILL losing their homes and jobs. No Im wrong--they did get cash for clunkers to drive their new cars on job interviews, and tax credits to buy homes that banks wont lend them money for. This is just NOT the hope and change I was imagining...

  • good job shellie, keep sluggin away...

  • I've voted 3rd party before and we ended up with Clinton. I mostly vote Republican now because when they get caught, or even when they don't get caught, the get forced out of office more often the the kleptocrat lefties who always find some justification for their malfeasance.

  • I've always voted Libertarian, whether they had a chance of winning or not. Now I can honestly say that I'm not responsible for any of the two-faced lying sacks of whale crap in office today and over the past 20 years. Have you ever seen an adult blue whale crap in the ocean? It's like a small oil leak in the hull of a fully loaded super tanker. It gushes for ever and leaves a trail for miles. That's what I see in the air every time a republican or democrat politician makes a speech.

  • Vote out all incumbents, Democrat and Republican alike!! Make them pay for this crime against humanity!

  • So what they will take it out of your pay check just like they do social security , They are smarter than you and can spend the money where its needed like Afaganistan or Yemen or United Nations for troops ?

  • thanks babe, im so informed now.. i love u

  • Freeeeeeedoooommmm!!!

  • good vid keep up the good work

  • Steven Crowder takes a look at a liberal utopia... Detroit.

    /watch?v=1hhJ_49leBw&feature=sub

This is what liberal ideals bring about. This is what happens when a city and then a nation abandons Conservative and indeed Constitutional principles. Liberalism is truly the death of a city like Detroit and soon the death of a nation. We can stop it in 2010 and 2012. VOTE but vote for those who respect and honor the Constitution.... if they exist at all that is.

  • It is my opinion that voting does very little these days, unless a third party were allowed to actually participate. The Democrats and Republicans have become 2 sides of the same coin. They both stay the course, only with their own style. It is now just a show for the public.

  • I've voted 3rd Party before but to what end? The GOP has lost its way but the Tea Party movement has rekindled something in this nation. Hopefully there is a true conservative waiting to replace someone in Congress in the 2010 and 2012. Support them. Volunteer for them. Make it happen. Why try to build a 3rd Party from the ground up when we can simply repair a Party that already has the foundation but simply needs a bit of fixing up. A daunting task but the simpler of the two I think.

  • Yes I hope you are right. I recently saw an interview where Lord Monckton, Big Global Warming Skeptic and advocate for the People, endorsed the GOP and said that there were many Congressmen in the GOP that were good people and coming around to the truth, etc, etc. So I have become slightly less pessimistic about that, but still I have my doubts that a fair amount of well meaning people will change the course of whatever hidden hand that seems to influence both parties.
