If the fact that the YouTube channel SmokingMonkeyTV was NOT abandoned due to having two strikes on their account as they claim, then you will have to take that up with them. They are the ones making that claim. I am merely repeating what they themselves said.

@JRTJAZZ Saying you want to kill someone can be interpreted in very different ways. Because of the clear bias in this debate everyone, of course, is leaning towards thinking he's serious. I know the man personally, he would never wish death upon someone. The other extreme is "oh man, sometimes I want to kill you" to a friend, after they've done something stupid. He most certainly has the right to feel annoyed at having his effort outclassed by sex. It sells, but it's still unfair.

@HappyCabbie His channel has been up for only a year. Yours has been up for 5. You've had 4 times as long to establish regular viewers than his new channel, and he still gets a quarter, which is technically better. The rest of his videos get an average of 8,000 views on the channel, people are less interested in his reply videos.
