@Beesnchickens What you do the first time a debt collection agency calls you is : 1. Ask the name of the person talking to you and the name of the collection agency 2. Tell them you understand they're doing their job but you don't conduct business on the phone 3. If they call back you will file a complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission), the Attorney General of the state they're calling from and the Attorney General of your state's residency 4. Say bye and hang up.
All the people who are insulting this man on the video are ignorant. You don't understand the system you live in and who is behind the wars. Start reading and informing yourself about what money is and how it works, how the economy functions and who controls it. Until then be respectful and you should bow in front of people who are educating you for free. The scumbags are not who you think they are. And as Einstein said : Condemnation without investigation is the ultimate form of ignorance.
i can't believe that in this day and age there still are people like you who encourage this type of behavior and mediocrity. " use the money and don't pay" you should be ashamed of yourself a grown man like you stupid and broke. actually stupid ugly and broke. you should not be giving advise. i think everybody knows how you know this information
So you are advocating stealing all the things paid for on those cards?I agree, and since i have no credit, I would like a house, car and normal life too, so I should have an equal right to it as someone who charged it and then stole it.Conclusion, housing and middle-class standard of living for all, equally. I always thought stealing from the rich was justified, as they steal regularly from the poor.
@noonesflower When you use a credit card, the merchant gets paid the moment you sign the transaction. Then the bank charges you a second time when you send the money to them. If you don't understand what I'm saying, read "how I clobbered every bureaucratic cash confiscatory agency known to man" by Mary Croft. Free and downloadable on the internet. Then watch Zeitgeist (all their movies, specially the one explaining how "money works") and then on youtube "Money is debt". THEY steal. We don't.
I even have a better way. I've discharged thousands including CCJ's. (Civil Court Judgments. Glad to share for free. It's easy. You already can't pay so why would you want to pay someone to show you when it's so easy you can do it yourself. Usually with just single letter. It;s called a novation or 'conditional acceptance'. It only works with third party debt collectors. I just let everything go to third party debt collectors then I'd send my letter. It's like magic. I'm debt free today.
@GTox444 I no longer offer what I do for free because I know that it works. I have a foreclosure, an IRS FFA, outstanding utility and property tax bills and I just got approved for cable TV service. In fact, the agent told me that I "more than qualify". Plus I have an $800+ medical bill that I took care of recently so I know what I do works. I've been told by many that I should charge at least something for it. Write me at the email address I have on my profile and we can discuss it.
in my experience, this is the greatest hurdle that someone seeking financial freedom must overcome.
The feeling that they are a "scumbag".
You can see literally thousands of large businesses and small businesses and heck even countries default on their debt because they can't pay. And ruining their life and eventually filing bankruptcy. My process is informal bankruptcy without the legal costs or stigman (see your attorney first and don't listen to me.)
@vacationboyvideos they have to get a judgment before they do that. There is a long way to go from here to there. If you have no equity or are upside down, what good is a lien? And most creditors don't sue because there is nothing to sue for. They are mostly willing to settle often for dimes on the dollar. Then you can pretty easily fix your own FICO score and end up in good shape after 12 - 18 months and be DEBT FREE in 6 - 8 months
SOMEONE HELP that knows...I AM ON SSI....if i almost max out alll my credit cards and only pay them for 3-6 months and then pay 10 bucks a month then stop after 6 months or so( dont pay anymore to them)...would that be seen as fraud? i know they cant take away my ssi check, i have no money in the bank... could i go to jail?
I cannot agree with this. I am a victom of credit card debt, the past 12 month I worked my tail off to get out-I'm currently about 50% done & will have paid over 10k off in credit card debt. I'm a bank teller. If I can do it anybody can. Once Im done Im done & will never returnt. Its called changing your lifestyle, living in your means & lots of sacrifice. Dont cop out on what you yourself charged.
But its a long process on your own. I've had many battles and read many pages on forums about credit repair and doing it myself. It can be done, but it does require a whole lot of follow up to make sure they keep their word and not hose you once you settle(collectors).
I was struggling with this, but my friend recommended a company that did all the leg work for him, and all they charged me was $40/year.
@biped19 Bullshit. This is exactly what you're "selling" and I don't think you'd take too kindly to getting stiffed for your work. The world needs less deadbeats, and that's exactly what you are. I hope you end up in jail with your home reposessed.

TOTALLY AGREE! Yes it works! We lost our business in 2006, and had about $150,000 of credit card debt spread out over 5 credit cards. We maxed out all of our cards. We told the CC companies that we lost our business and couldn't pay. We didn't file bankruptcy. We did settle with the CC companies for pennies on the dollar. We saved about $100,000, closed all of our CC accounts, repaired our credit by using an attorney, and here we are in 2010 with a great credit score again.

Its a shame that such threatening techniques and lies are used to scare people in times of serious financial despair. I think the credit card companys and other institutions of this kind deserve to have there ass beaten. They throw credit up the limit to everyone with convenience checks telling clients..
If banks lended more responsibly, less subprime loans would have been made, meaning a much smaller bubble, meaning a much smaller bust, meaning a much smaller amount of equity loss in my home, meaning the remodell i did would have generated equity in my home instead of still being upside down even with a remodell- meaning I could have refinanced and paid off all my credit cards with a bank loan at a much lower interest rate that IS tax deductible- so sorry bout your bad luck citibank
if you were dumb enough to charge it on a potientally high rate credit card you should be reponsible enough to pay it off. i got jerked around and now close to 12k but im determined to get it to 0 the right way.
My husband lives in a seperate town due to working situation. My name is not on some of the credit cards, but I'm going to start attempting to settle the debts ourselves soon. Will they deal with me even though I'm not on some of the accounts?
@VinDcator I was addressing the need to stopping the calls. It has worked for me. For once, I can go home at the end of the day and see either nothing on my Caller ID., or hear nothing on my VM. That's PEACE!
no creditor is under any legal obligation to settle any of their debts, to doso would require certain criteria if in the end its in the best interest of the CREDITOR not the debtor. You would be better off teaching about how to mange your money better than giving advice to basically avoid responsibility. Cut to the chase and tell them to file bankruptcy while your at it.
@efreaky65 Anyone who files bankruptcy is silly. Debts can be handled very easily, and it does not involve "screwing" anyone. Everyone is paid in full, you just aren't paying them twice. Rather simple once you understand.
@efreaky65 Furthermore... You are in fact mistaken. There is an old maxim (truth) in law that states: "Money refused liberates the debtor." Google it if you don't believe me.
The principles are pretty simple once you wrap your head around the fact that we have been deceived. Understanding and Acceptance of this fact allows one to exist free of such silly things. Not free in the sense you can go hog wild with credit, but free in that you will understand. Response-ability. :)
You can't have a 'good credit score' unless you first get yourself in debt. Then you can use your Credit Score to get in more debt, and more debt and... Yeah, you get the idea.
I stopped paying the credit card slave master. Know the law, cause no matter what the collection-nazis say, you have legal rights to not pay. Zero debt equals 100% profit for you, your children, your retirement, and your pursuit of happiness.
I don't believe in settling. I just got done reading, "Stopping the Calls: Guerilla Tactics to Fight Back Bill Collectors." My phone barely rings anymore.
@VinDcator Self righteous? Takes one to know one I guess. I've read over your comments that you've made on other people's postings. You may want to take a good look at your deadbeat self and get a grip on reality. So you've fallen behind on your bills, that's fucking life! Grow up, MAN UP and take responsibility. Stop running like a little pussy then hating banks when they don't give you a loan because you've let your credit swim in shit.
@Tuberidin01 Like most fools, you spend much of your time talking out of your head. My homes and vehicles have been paid for years, and I never had to borrow a dime for my children's education. The difference between us is that I've already proved what I can do, and you're still walking around with your thumbs up your ass. One thing is for sure...you'll never find a real "MAN" in the mirror.
@VinDcator You say I have my thumbs up my ass, but at least I'm not talking through it like you are shit mouth! You talk so much shit you need a fucking tissue. Why in the hell would you have a comment that stated in your own words "I stopped paying, and I sleep better for it." You fucking liar! Stop trying to clean up your mess you low life ass munching whore.
@VinDcator "My homes and vehicles have been paid for years, and I never had to borrow a dime for my children education."
Seems like you are very successful. which bags the question, why such thin skin? ,Funny you challenged someone else's Manhood, but someone "successful" like you seem to have a fragile ego> I am guessing you are women!
In that case my apology, dude stop acting like an angry bitch!
@TRDGEEK What! You continue to attack me, you piss ant! I do not know why you feel so proud and advise you against all such feelings. You know what is said in the Good Book about a proud spirit going before a fall. Get off your high horse.
@VinDcator I could have saved you time and money with that book with one point:
Just ask questions.
Debtors make statements, Creditors Ask Questions.
So, keep asking questions, never commit to an answer... :)
Creditor: "Hello is such and such there?"
You: "Would you believe me if I said I was such and such?"
You get the picture. Enjoy life, don't crawl through. No one has to be rude to anyone else to get the job done, they are just people using words. You can too.
@gazroc Well said. This dude is a fucking loser. He makes it worse for everyone who actually takes responsibility to pay their obligations. This stupid ass, thinks he's got the upper hand and he has no idea what this does to his credit. He forgets that employers pull credit, apartment complex's pull credit, and if he's looking for a loan to buy a house he can kiss that goodbye.
@VinDcator Spoken from a true loser. Coming from you, your probably thinking of cable, utility, and paying your local prostitute for the 2 finger hand job she gave you. In that case, your right, they will not help your credit score. But paying debts that REPORT TO YOUR CREDIT REPORT, like cars, personal loans, credit cards WILL IMPROVE YOUR SCORE. Remember anything more than 30 days late can be reported to your credit. Stupid Fucker.
@VinDcator I believe the word you were seeking is "algorithm,' but you're too damn stupid to even look it up, much less understand it. Poor little fool... you don't have the common sense that God gave a dog.
@Hailthorn Good luck with that.... You serious? Do you think that you can lie your way out of a signed contract? How many judgments do you have on your credit report?
@Tuberidin01 Silly. It's not a contract, as per contract law. It lacks consideration and full disclosure. Furthermore, it is technically a quasi-contract, as the bank officer didn't sign it, except as witness.
Zero judgements. My credit report is pretty blank.
It's not lying, it is purely about understanding the contract for what it is: A big fat scheme. I'm not joking.
P.S Did you know it's illegal for a bank to loan you their own funds... Think about it. (Source: The Bank Act)
right on bluediamond it doesn't matter one bit. these illuminati bastards are ruining this country to hell in a hand basket, but only after taking their 800 billion bail out from their buddy bush the C. S., there should be no american paying theses blood thirsty bastards. screw the banks pay them 0 !!! its a tea party and were sick of 29% on the dollar, shuffling due dates, finance charges. Tell you what people go out and max those cards, then stop paying on them.. oh yeah it works.....100%
@Countmaster0 Bullshit dude. Wake the fuck up. I laugh at stupid ignorant fucks like yourself who drive around in your 2003 Hyandai with your 24% interest loans with a $400 bi-weekly payment. I love to see you poor bastards try to trade out of your car that you are $8,000 upside down in. Man you guys rock! I make so much fucking money off you ignorant bastards!
Hi there, i have just watched a few of your videos and agree with all you say but i am just about to loose my home to a legal stuff up and need help...do you know anyone in Australia that can help me. URGENT. Pleas can you help???
I'm never going to pay back my credit card bills or student loans.. KISS MY ASS uncle SAM!!!! why would you lend me money anyways, I'm not going to pay you back, I don't have any money to begin with,hahahahah...
He's full of crap. If you don't pay your bills you loose stuff. As for credit cards specifically, THEY DON'T SETTLE. We tried this. The bank's idea of "settling" is "give us 80% of what you owe, right now, in cash, and we'll forgive you." That's all of them. They don't delete anything and they don't negotiate. Period. They turn to Obama to get bailed out after trashing your credit.
@VinDcator Your a piece of trash deadbeat! Jealous of anyone who is remotely successful. You cant function in society and scam your way through life. And of course you want to drag as many people down with you. I strongly advise anyone not to take the advice of this shit ass.
@le238man You were better off sucking your thumb, you had an excuse then. Do the world a big favor, and put a plastic bag over your head--you're taking up precious air!
@VinDcator Okay im done with you, judging by your comments your in a child like mind. From what I see you probably get a trust fund or something and enjoy posting this bad info to mess with people! Anyone considering your bullshit advice would be advised to research it first. especially the long term consequences of such actions.
@le238man I regret that my earnest feelings have created a maelstrom of controversy. Nevertheless, the mental cretins who react so violently towards debtors' misfortunes, continue to miss the point. So, for the benefit of those well-intentioned, but misguided fools: Before engaging in a piss contest, make sure your dick is pointing in the right direction, which obviously yours isn't--you're all wet!
who gives a rats A about your credit score the Banks are going to fail and this country is going to crash. It won't matter what your credit score is because no one is going to loan to you anyways. I know because even with my 760 credit score I couldn't even get a $10,000 car loan.. every credit card I had cut my limit by half or more and doubled my interest with not one late payment. One card went from 7.99% to 24.99% . Screw the banks.
@bluediamond2077 - I am very involved with investing via low interest loans to businesses in developing countries. Even in poor countries the repayment rate is something like 98%. I have a 'no loan' policy to the United States. Full of people who have no concept of the value of a dollar, and they run up huge debts and don't pay their bills. Well stuff that. I'd rather loan (low interest) to poor people in poor countries. USA can keep their loan sharks they deserve them.
@bluediamond2077 Dude, do you understand how any of this works? 760 isn't a bad score at all. Are you overextended? Were you late more than 30 days? Did you go over the limit on your card? There are many reasons why this has happened to you. Before you get all ignorant, try to understand what's going on.
@bluediamond2077 - Just go stealth, completely stealth, until the "statue of limitations" runs out. They'll trace checks to bank to job and contact info, by the way; will blow your cover.
This guys knows nothing of what hes talking about.
that 180 day window hes talking about to settle, what he doesnt mention is they have jacked up the original debt with their late penalties and interest, where now you may owe 25% more than your original debt. I have never seen anyone settle with the original back at 30%, but have seen settlements at 50%. YOU CAN NOT NEGOTIATE TO HAVE THE DEROGATORY ENTRY DELETED FROM YOUR CREDIT. You will negotiate, but the company never every agree to it.
@fubecabr What's disgusting is deadbeats like this guy stealing from all of us. You don't have to work for a big business to be a victim of this kind of bullshit; small business owners also get raped by these assholes.
The banksters stole $23.7 trillion from all of us. The banksters are the real assholes and ought to be hanging by their scrotums or necks from every available bridge, tree, and lampost.
Why is it morally wrong for an individual to settle debt or declare BK, but just dandy when a business does it???
Minimum payment on $3000 will take 30 years to pay off.

Credit Score = How DEEP You Are In Debt.

@Nauticalman I stopped paying, and I sleep better for it.

I don't believe in settling. I just got done reading, "Stopping the Calls: Guerilla Tactics to Fight Back Bill Collectors." My phone barely rings anymore.

@VinDcator I'm sure your credit score is brilliant.

@Tuberidin01 And what do you do, Mister Nice Guy, throw people out of their homes when they get behind? How's it feel to be so damned self-righteous?
VinDcator 1 year ago
@VinDcator Self righteous? Takes one to know one I guess. I've read over your comments that you've made on other people's postings. You may want to take a good look at your deadbeat self and get a grip on reality. So you've fallen behind on your bills, that's fucking life! Grow up, MAN UP and take responsibility. Stop running like a little pussy then hating banks when they don't give you a loan because you've let your credit swim in shit.
Tuberidin01 1 year ago

Tuberidin01 1 year ago
@VinDcator "My homes and vehicles have been paid for years, and I never had to borrow a dime for my children education."
Seems like you are very successful. which bags the question, why such thin skin? ,Funny you challenged someone else's Manhood, but someone "successful" like you seem to have a fragile ego> I am guessing you are women!
In that case my apology, dude stop acting like an angry bitch!
TRDGEEK 1 year ago
@TRDGEEK What! You continue to attack me, you piss ant! I do not know why you feel so proud and advise you against all such feelings. You know what is said in the Good Book about a proud spirit going before a fall. Get off your high horse.
VinDcator 1 year ago
@VinDcator I could have saved you time and money with that book with one point:
Just ask questions.
Debtors make statements, Creditors Ask Questions.
So, keep asking questions, never commit to an answer... :)
Creditor: "Hello is such and such there?"
You: "Would you believe me if I said I was such and such?"
You get the picture. Enjoy life, don't crawl through. No one has to be rude to anyone else to get the job done, they are just people using words. You can too.

gazroc 1 year ago
@gazroc Well said. This dude is a fucking loser. He makes it worse for everyone who actually takes responsibility to pay their obligations. This stupid ass, thinks he's got the upper hand and he has no idea what this does to his credit. He forgets that employers pull credit, apartment complex's pull credit, and if he's looking for a loan to buy a house he can kiss that goodbye.
Tuberidin01 1 year ago
@Tuberidin01 Paying your bills won't improve your score. Wake up, you moral idiot!
VinDcator 1 year ago
@VinDcator Spoken from a true loser. Coming from you, your probably thinking of cable, utility, and paying your local prostitute for the 2 finger hand job she gave you. In that case, your right, they will not help your credit score. But paying debts that REPORT TO YOUR CREDIT REPORT, like cars, personal loans, credit cards WILL IMPROVE YOUR SCORE. Remember anything more than 30 days late can be reported to your credit. Stupid Fucker.

BLAH BLAH BLAH...
Indogyearsimdead 1 year ago
Or... You could conditionally offer to settle if they agree to return to you the original document of indebtedness to validate the debt.
Fair reporting practices require that all debt that can't be validated, be removed, otherwise it's Credit Slander. :)

Hailthorn 1 year ago
@Hailthorn Good luck with that.... You serious? Do you think that you can lie your way out of a signed contract? How many judgments do you have on your credit report?
Tuberidin01 1 year ago

Tell you what people go out and max those cards, then stop paying on them.. oh yeah it works.....100%

samuraiyao 1 year ago
He's full of crap. If you don't pay your bills you loose stuff. As for credit cards specifically, THEY DON'T SETTLE. We tried this. The bank's idea of "settling" is "give us 80% of what you owe, right now, in cash, and we'll forgive you." That's all of them. They don't delete anything and they don't negotiate. Period. They turn to Obama to get bailed out after trashing your credit.

@VinDcator Okay im done with you, judging by your comments your in a child like mind. From what I see you probably get a trust fund or something and enjoy posting this bad info to mess with people! Anyone considering your bullshit advice would be advised to research it first. especially the long term consequences of such actions.
le238man 1 year ago

Screw the banks.
bluediamond2077 2 years ago 29
@bluediamond2077 - I am very involved with investing via low interest loans to businesses in developing countries. Even in poor countries the repayment rate is something like 98%. I have a 'no loan' policy to the United States. Full of people who have no concept of the value of a dollar, and they run up huge debts and don't pay their bills. Well stuff that. I'd rather loan (low interest) to poor people in poor countries. USA can keep their loan sharks they deserve them.

@bluediamond2077 dude i have a decent credit line, and with 7,000 down i couldnt get approved for a 25,000 dollar car! I agree
reciprocation23 1 year ago
@bluediamond2077 Dude, do you understand how any of this works? 760 isn't a bad score at all. Are you overextended? Were you late more than 30 days? Did you go over the limit on your card? There are many reasons why this has happened to you. Before you get all ignorant, try to understand what's going on.
Tuberidin01 1 year ago
@bluediamond2077 - Just go stealth, completely stealth, until the "statue of limitations" runs out. They'll trace checks to bank to job and contact info, by the way; will blow your cover.
saintveil 11 months ago
This guys knows nothing of what hes talking about.
that 180 day window hes talking about to settle, what he doesnt mention is they have jacked up the original debt with their late penalties and interest, where now you may owe 25% more than your original debt. I have never seen anyone settle with the original back at 30%, but have seen settlements at 50%. YOU CAN NOT NEGOTIATE TO HAVE THE DEROGATORY ENTRY DELETED FROM YOUR CREDIT. You will negotiate, but the company never every agree to it.

help bring the beast down do your part rack em up and buy gold silver. credit rating wont matter.

So you're suggesting people game the system?
I completely disagree with that.
Your system is only good if people are genuinely having trouble financially.
Debt settlement is really harsh on your credit report.
