junior had real shitty luck at bristol that year. in the spring race he was in a wreck on lap 2 that dale sr caused, he was in another wreck later in the race that broke the radiator, and then spun out while running in the top 15

Yeah, they both finished 38th and 39th in the spring. Both from accidents (Sr. while leading.)
