I just picked it up and it seems fairly complicated! Would be awesome if you just did a really short tutor about the basics of the basics. Can't seem to find any tutorial of that kind!

Best thing would be to just go through the tutorials built into ableton live. Just remember it will probably be a long time before you are able to make stuff you actually like.
