  • assustador....

  • Awesome!!!!! Very nice work that's really really cool.

  • Dude, awesome job! That bike is freakin sweet

  • holy shit

  • Great work on the XBs! I have an '09 1125R and I would like to eventually turbocharge it. I know the XB and 1125 series have next to nothing in common, other than buell trademark wheels, fuel storage, and airbox covers, but do you see an 1125 in your garage soon?

By the way, how much money do you have in this thing? I love the XBs, and would have gotten one if my 1125 wouldn't have jumped into my garage.

  • HOLY FUCK!

  • Se eu ando numa moto dessa eu me mato!

    Muito sinistra!!!!

  • Ok.. I reallllllly want to do this to my bike now.

  • Not a fan of Vtwins but that's awesome... I got a turbo busa and I think ur bike is awesome... Just wondering, what kinda torque and how low in the rpm's? I'm pushing out 300hp at 9-13K but under 6K is nothing (or atleast it feels that way)

  • @BPaustell Torque peaks around 5700 rpm at 150ft/lbs and holds more than 100ft/lbs from 4700 to 7500(redline). It's a lot of fun to ride. I should have a video of a dyno run from the new motor build up soon. I expect to see ~220hp and ~170ft/lbs:)

  • damn! this is sweet! I bet that thing will pull your arms out of the sockets on the street! Good job on this one! Niiiice!

  • That's for the reply. Ur bike is pretty mean. I've never seen a buell make that much power. What is its top speed? I've had mine to 205 MPH.

  • @scrappy452 205 on a buell?

  • Just a Q. what do u think it will do against my 2000 zx900r ninja its built to a 998cc, and full Muzzy header back exhaust. Its also lowered and a 6in. Stretch. It weights 385 and makes 172 HP to the ground. I'm not talking trash just want to know.

  • @scrappy452 Your bike would probably scoot down the strip faster than mine would, if for nothing else than your much longer wheelbase. I'm guessing that my motor makes a great deal more torque than yours, so I would pull hard on you from a rolling start at almost any speed.

  • grandeeeeee greatt beautiful

  • that would be absolutely violent to ride

  • How much money do you think you have put into this thing? by any chance are you looking into turboing an 1125r? :P

  • and were did you tap into the oil pressure and drop it back off?

  • what type of water injection set up is that?

  • Are you selling these kits or just build yourself? If selling whats an approx price for an 06 xb12SS to Australia?

  • A turbo, a little port work, forged pistons, and a lot of research and development!! It started with 85hp and 73ft/lbs at the wheel.

  • how the hell can a buell which is 98 bhp go to 187.. i have abuell so i need to know?

  • @stacey696 It is called a turbo and internal motor work to handle the psi.

  • emai me at ezracing900@yahoo.com. I'd be happy to help out!

  • How would I go about getting ahold of you? I have an '03 XB9R that needs a turbo and seeing this really puts me in the mood to do it...but as I'm sure you could imagine, I have tons of questions!!

  • Monster, nice bike!

  • What are you using for fuel management. The bike sounds great. Great job.

  • I don't have the Carrillo rods yet. I need to save up for them. I am going to use a 2008- crank with the larger crank pin. There are too many differences in the 2008- cases/motors to drop them in without making other big changes like engine management. The 2008- motors require a 2008- wiring harness, ECM, and I would have to spend a lot more to make all that happen. Carrillo will make rods for around $900. You also have to have the crank rebalanced with the new rods and pistons.

  • @ezracing900 I want a turbo kit: do you sell me one?

  • Bummer about the engine letting go, I know the feeling when I detonated the front piston and jammed it up into the head. Heads over here and very rare. Have you considered waiting for a 09 motor at the right price? I hear they run a stronger crank pin and a crank angle sensor as apposed to the old points style sensor.

  • Wow really? It took that much boost before it finally broke? I only ran 6psi on the old bike and it was awesome. I planned on using 10psi for street on the new bike with the option of running 14 for drag but like I said, im worried about the rods. How sexy are those carrillos! If you dont mind me asking how much did you pay for them? I tried looking for them in their parts log but as far as I could see they were a different length to stock XB rods???? Not sure if I could just drop them in.

  • Hey mate, you still using the stock rods at that power level? Im still fabricating up the new bike and the only thing I didnt change was the rods. Im starting to wonder if I should have sourced some carrillo rods or something

  • I *WAS* using stock rods......until the front broke when I overboosted the day after the dyno run. The boost leak that lead up to the connector popping off at the last minute of the video had me cranking up the boost controller to try for 18psi, but I only saw ~15psi.

  • The following day I replaced the stock spring clamp on the throttle body connector with a hose clamp, checked over the motor and everything was great. I cranked her up and went for the first ride on the street at full boost. I forgot, however, that my boost controller was still turned WAY beyond 18psi.

  • Short shifting through 1st, 2nd, and 3rd to tame the violent wheel stands, and with another violent wheel stand in 4th, the turbo finally had enough time to push excessive boost and annihilate the bottom end. Large holes in the cases, a broken front rod, and other unknown damage left me feeling a bit down:( So back to work for me to save up for a 2008 crankshaft, Carrillo rods, and a new/used set of cases to put her back on the road.

  • She would have seen 200hp had it hit 18psi, but I'm not sure how long the bottom end would have held up, even without overboosting.

  • That's just plain awesome dude. I wish my buell sounded that mean.

  • Very impressive.
