yep it's true. it's funny I was about to write a comment too. you can google: CO2 warming logarithmic and click on the logarithmic curves. you'll see that the greenhouse effect of CO2 doesn't increase much after a certain point. this means that doubling the amout of CO2 won't affect the climate very much. in fact, the biggest increase was previous to now, and we didn't see a drastic increase. the curve is behaving very similar to what it has in the last centuries.

one of the tings that bugs me in this talk, is when he says that warming could trigger a cooling... why??? he doesn't "want to explain" and then says the ice cap melts, so it makes us think that it might be because of the ice melting...hum that's just not true. he better explain that, because his whole talk is based on that. MORE FACTS AND EXPLANATIONS. that's always true. without good explanations, this kidn of talk becomes junk science.

the fact of the matter is that we do not have enough information to make an appropriate analysis of the ENTIRE earth's historic AVG temperature. we have pretty accurate info for the last 40 years, and the tempterature is going up like .5 a decade i think it was, theres a berkly lecture about global warming on youtube, its really informative if ur interested in the matter

well we can see that CO2 levels and temperature just don't correlate at all. this doesn't mean that CO2 doesn't have an influence on warming--yes it does, but it's most likely tiny. look up the graphs: the logarithmic curve of CO2's influence on warming. I'll check that berkeley lecture; but you read about Gore's misleads in his documentary. especially, read about his graph of CO2 levels and temperature--CO2 level FOLLOWS temperature rises. he just didn't specify so it's misleading and ppl take that as the best proof in his docu. plz confirm/infirm, debate appreciated.
