  • Jesus christ, I envy you for your patience, craftmanship and work with paper.

  • this is not good, !!!esto es Sorprendente¡¡¡, sorry for my spanish xD

  • the only problem i see is that you could get air bubbles or creases in the canopy when you try to form the plastic

  • Tacome, I realy enjoyed your vids and i want to asq you a few quetions:

1st. How much layers of paper did you use for your plane?

2nd. How much layers you will recomended for a 1\72 scale tank, i made an r\c version (look like a tank battle) and i need it to be penitrated 6mm BB's?

    Please answer for my quetions.

P.S. Sorry for my bad English, i'm from Russia :D

  • i was wondering with your previous videos of actual firing tests, like with the m1911, kar98, ak, etc.... were any of the bores damaged? or any other parts? would you be able to fire any of your guns again? possibly repeating fire? It would be quite something to see your AK-47 shoot a three round burst. (that is only if it wouldnt be damaged by doing so) and great job on the plane! looks right sick by...

  • i am making a 1911 out of paper for a friend, just basic functions. where do you recommend i start building it

  • @mylegoproductions100 He told me to make the barrel of the gun, then the frame, then the magazine. The rest comes last. Because the last thing you want to do is build every part of the gun, then find out that the barrel doesn't fit!

  • @mentalone1995 thanks, first time

  • for your idea construct the canopy, but use boiling water with the clear plastic from a pop bottle. this should work well. If you heat it in a toaster etc it can mist up the clear plastic.

what do you use to stregthne the paper?

  • okay. dude.. you are genius. your guns... AMAZING, and now this? You can make a lot of money for this. Believe me, and you should make a tutorial for a pistole... plzzzz

  • Are you gonna put some miniature rockets on that and try to make it fly?

  • Это круто!

  • ...Amazing.

  • Hey Tacome how do u do it man because in the blueprint it doesnt show the cross sections like that like how big should this part be or that part.. what side what shape.. and it certainly doesnt show every part of it for u to cut out ? thanks

  • wow, this is amazing. taking the idea of the paper airplane to the next level

  • imagine he makes mini missiles for this that shoot lmao

  • There is no 3:50 0_o

  • you should make 1 half as realistic as possible and the other side the paper skeleton.

  • u never dissapoint, Keep it up :)

  • Tacome, couple of things man:

First, you should apply for YouTube partnership. I have no doubt that you'd get accepted (and this is coming from a current YouTube partner). This would likely help you to pay for your projects and would allow you to make even more epic stuff.

Second, it's always a good idea to pre-name your videos to be as close as possible to the name you want them to have on YouTube, just in case stuff like the maintenance happens again ; )

  • @777static777 or he just can go as a terrorist with his guns to ask for a better service and conecction to microsoft.....

  • @gunsandbeyond haha true =p

  • @777static777 you watch his videos too static ?!?! :DDD

  • @123Cory321 yep, been watching Tacome's videos for a while now. The guy is a genius. I've even tried his style of papercrafting myself... I suck at it =p

  • dude... you a FUCKING GENIUS!!!

  • You must have a lot of free time

  • You should try mold-able plastic for the canopy, you can heat it up in the microwave with water and when it comes out you can actually shape it with your hands, pretty cool stuff.

  • i think you need to start adding rc parts to your models to get some life to them

  • I'm not even interested in planes but it's still entertaining to watch you make this thing .

  • lol at this but like all ur guns and such is this gonna fly =-)

  • then one day you drop it on the ground and you accidentally step on it.

    why live at all?

  • THAT 1 DISLIKER HAS NO LIFE

  • Dude your a f*kin genious! your my idol lol I'm making a 6mm cannon for airsoft bbs so if you have any tips message me please.

  • now i know who sent those planes to the twin towers.....

  • @gunsandbeyond yes..

  • You are making this for your brother right?

  • You must have good eyes for those detailed work, i am 35 now and i can feel my eyes starting to F@ck me around on the small fine work, and i am not too keen on getting glasses

  • Just vac-u-form OR therma-form the canopy!

-Mattel (yes, the toy company) actually made a small vac-u-former "back-in-the-day" which would be perfect for this! Kinda hard to find these days tho :-/

  • This is truly amazing, I don't understand why you aren't employed to like...3d sculpture engineering or something...

  • thumbs up if youre the 304th viewer

  • cool but how do you make the paper pins?

  • if you put some holes and a vacuum cleaner in the positive mold, you van vacuform the canopy without the need for a precisely made negative mold :)

  • Next, make it in 1:1 scale!

  • wouldnt be suprised if this started flying through the air like a fully functional jet when your finished :P

  • WHERE DO U GET ALL THIS PAPER

  • @egol14 Staples Office Centre, buy a whole pack of 500 sheets (usually less than $4).

From the comments I see here on youtube I don't understand how you people will ever go trough high-school... Don't you have to buy paper to print your school projects?

  • is it going to be a model jet or is gonna have an awesome feature??

  • I hate to say it, because I love your vids, but isn't it allot more practical to just buy a $12 model? They still takes a while to build...

  • @TheDecoyDude well, any kit straight out of box will end up looking like sh*t by itself. you have to buy two or three kits by different manufactures and build one using only the best parts out of each kit. then you have to buy separate items like the canopy, intake correction set, su brass kit, plastic sheets, gap fillers, etc. by this time the total cost is well over $100. O_o anyways it's more challenging and allows for greater freedom when you are the one deciding what to do : )

  • @Tacome1942 Well, I know it can be done very well with one kit if you use filler and know a little about carving and modeling (I make stuff like it all the time). Plus allot of the stuff you mentioned were one time buys... You still will have to buy paint, scissors, brushes, glue, ect even if it's made of paper... With a little creativity those cheap kits can make world class models (I've seen it done). Honestly you impress the cr@p out of me so keep it up! I in no way meant to offend you.

  • @Tacome1942 I think that's called over complicating things :V

  • @Tacome1942

    only you tacome, only you...

  • @Tacome1942 Was gonna thumbs up this, but its at 42, the answer to the universe and because of the 1942 in your name xD

  • @Tacome1942 lol tac if ur bro gives u a month after u make this u can probably make it fly and add some working missiles XD

  • @TheDecoyDude You must be one of those people that buys processed food instead of cooking it's own...

  • @bf2lover42 So you're basically saying that all people that cook their own food make paper guns and models all the time. Well normally I hunt for my food when season permits and I also make many things like this custom with materials at hand... I've made things with even more detail. I don't like the attitude to my post when I wasn't being cross, but was merely saying that that detail most likely could be achieved with a model and some basic carving skills. I don't have much pride but that hurts

  • @TheDecoyDude You blew it out of proportion. Yes, model kits are about as time consuming but you can't just carve the correct shape of a nozzle if your kit includes a part that does not have the right shape.

I saw the page Tacome based his design off. It took the writer of that montage several packs to be able to have a realistic Su-27. It's a considerable amount of money spent.

Tacome built a realistic AK and 1911 when you can buy them legally and just disassemble them. Same thing.

  • @bf2lover42 We cool man. I'm absolutely fine now and was just proving a point as you were. I normally don't see the point of justifying myself, but just felt compelled to do so this time. I've been taking allot of crap like this, so I'm sorry. It's funny, most people are jealous of my abilities in real life but they are worthless on the computer. You make models/dioramas I'm assuming? I haven't posted any of my good ones, but the ones I've been paid for museums look nice. I am now in peace :)

  • @TheDecoyDude No, I am taking CAD lessons in my Mechanical Engineering course so I will develop a personal defence weapon in 5.7x28mm with Autodesk Inventor and probably make a realistic "hardened paper" version of it.

However I have done regular plastic airplane kits, some hardened paper balisongs and I tried a cardstock AR-15 that I didn't finish because of the lack of realism - but no dioramas.

  • @TheDecoyDude it takes out the fun.. DUH

  • @TheDecoyDude its more creative too. wouldnt be as amazing if it were just a lame boring manufactured set up.

  • what can't you make out of paper

  • thats amazing man!

  • you got a future man you should go and apply for weapons engineering!!!!!!!!!

  • @1995marines >>"apply"

You can just require people to give you an interview. You will have to choose to take a course at a university, because highschool level physics are not quite enough to be able to work with weapon design/manufacture. You will also need to learn SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor, but most Unis already cover this subject.

  • @bf2lover42 "OK" jeez dont need to be so cocky im just sayin the kis got a great talent ok.

  • @1995marines Am I being cocky? In what part did I express an excess of confidence/assertiveness?

  • Will it fly?? lol

  • i saw it when it wasnt named then got here when it was named!

  • its paper gun and bullet time. *paper bullet dancinn* XD

  • can you please tell me how you make the paper to be that strong? usually it doesnt stand straight and fold... (yes, i know it doesnt sound good)

  • @gkidcj He uses cardboard or layers the paper

  • FUCK IT! I DON'T EVEN GIVE A SHIT! I DON'T HAVE A TITLE! FUCK YOU, TITLE!

  • VACUUM FOMING FTW!!!

  • lol title ftw

  • Woohoo DSCN0219!

  • wow your model made me realize how big the engine in the planes is

  • Watching DSCN0219 like a BAUS! :D

  • lol youtube has screwed you again tacome

  • lol stupid youtube delaying videos!

  • fifth

  • u never cease to amaze me Tacome1942!

  • true fans watch tacome's videos before it even has a title

  • @BLINDsniperfiste Am i cool yet? :o

  • @BLINDsniperfiste Your saying that DSCN0219 isn't a title? :D

  • F'n maintenance!!!!!!! i can't edit my video settings!!!

  • @Tacome1942 how old r u and what r u going to be when u grow up?

  • @Tacome1942 teehee. Tacome has noob problems :D actually youtube is a dick when it comes to uploading :)
