  • @nesquikrabb1t Train everyday

Begin with standing on 1 leg for 1 minute.

kneel deep and stand on 1 leg for a minute .

try walking on the ball of the foot.

and you're balance will be inproven.

    OSU.

  • @c0d24live23 Sweet Thanks for the tip. :0)

  • @nesquikrabb1t its all in the hips. stay on balls of feet and control your hips.

  • this whole fighting on a plank thing is really cool. good way for improving balance!

  • ~That looks like fun. i used to balance on rope, first layed out on a floor, then off ground, walk on popcans etc. Too late now, i cant participate in physical actities due to a life altering injury, i am sadend watching this knowning i miss out on friendly feats competitions and other physical tasks :[ i was a pioneer in freerunning before it had a name & trained Judo & Ninjutsu ...Good Luck everyone; you can be at the peak of your life and it can be taken away from you unfairly ..thats life

  • pffffffffffffff

  • haha nice thats what you get for being cocky

  • at least the kid tried

  • Kyokushin is very different to other karate styles - I did Shotokan for a long time and Wado-Ryu. Kyokushin certainly mixes the traditional aspects of karate with the combat of kickboxing. Great fun.

  • looks fun, thats why im starting kyokushin soon.

  • Haha awesome! :)

  • hahahaha very funny

  • nice training....thanks

  • it's indeed a superb way to train

  • nice training :)

  • kyokushin is good

  • Enjoy kyokushin!!! Osu!!!

  • tang-ina!

  • That would be a great drill for novice and advance students ... especially for kids. I bet they'd love it. It's like the land version of log rolling. Nothing like learning and sharpening your skills while having fun doing it.

  • awsum

  • man the kyokushin practitioners are the some of the nicest and respectful people you will ever meet.

  • @Spectre671 Thank You :D

  • @Spectre671 i agree dude first time i steped in my dojo everyone was so friendly :)

  • @Spectre671 lol George st pierre

  • 北島君だね

    懐かしいですよ^^押忍!

  • man that looks fun

  • haha lmao :37

  • very nice clip

  • I really loved the light environment in this clip... its shows the understanding between the martial artests (No Politix).

  • Thats exactly what i was thinking. Between fellow martial artists, sparring for fun is just sparring for fun, no real fighting. No divisions between dojos or senseis.

  • yea its fun to have a fight for fun . especialy with kickboxers and muay thai fighters... I practice kyokushin by the way...

  • i know eh? im a shorinji ryu practitioner and we will have muythai and juijitsu guys come in every once in awhile just to have fun and learn.

  • @tigerheart57 Totally! =D

  • @tigerheart57 Yeah, sportsmanship is a joy. I met one of my best mates at a Kyokushin karate tournament, we beat each other into paste for five minutes, when I bowed to him at the end of the match I just crumpled. We've kept in touch since.

  • @tigerheart57 "politix"? what are you talking about... there's no politics between martial arts. if anything there's politics in the infighting amongst various martial arts organizations within each martial arts. outside of that, it's called 'rivalry,' not 'politics'

  • Yeah! Go Kyokushin!

  • damn

  • wahhh nice kick Ousss...

  • that was a great kick for being on that wood

  • Good work!

  • lmao spin kick that was nice!

  • lol does the sign with the hiragana mean i can read it but i cant understand it?

    Hajime no ni- something?? hajimemashite?

  • oh man that looks like tons of fun! XD

  • hell yeah,lets go home and fuck skinnyp98 s mother,,,,fuckin bitch

  • that's a great way to train!

nice to see them having fun

  • hahah yUUP...

but what if u knock the guy out before u fall... huh. yahhh

  • in that case you can always laugh on his face and THEN ask him for a beer xDD

  • looked like an ushiro geri and a backward mawashi geri

    nice kick anyway haha

  • yea i always hate hearing "my style is most powerful" were all the same and its good to see that

  • for real, like what Bruce lee said, "we all have two arms and two legs, the styles dont differer that much from eachother." Im sure getting punched in the face by a Kyokushin champ or kick boxer wouldent be much fun either way... LOL

  • agree, nice to see people getting along with their beliefs of marial arts.

  • Nice. Good to see martial artists getting along, instead of "Best style" this, or "That style sucks" that. =)

  • No its ushiro mika zuki geri....

  • back turning kick ? nicely done :P

  • ushiro mawashi jodan

  • Woot the guy with the ki did a very nice kick near the end.

  • funny hehe

  • That was fun to watch. That's the value of a good spinning hook kick.

  • hahaha that was awesome

  • KAKUKURI! THE PLACE TO BE!

  • Its fun to do this for a laugh

  • kyokushin 4 life! Osu from Senshi do Scotland

  • super, mine de rien il s ont une sacree technique et le coup d oeil ca se voit pour qui connait le karate et le combat osu ousssssssssssss

  • Love the kick at 0:44

  • LOL :D

  • those lil asian kickboxing girls are cute

  • hell yeah, i'd do'm

  • Grayer Aki is the best, far from just cute.

  • yup i agree

  • That was a sweet ushiro mawashi there at 42s.

  • seems like a lot of fun!

  • hah ballance is firs what wighter most lern

  • Kyokushin RULES!

  • Omg so fun! Can white belt be there? Sigh :P

Btw, can anyone share how to train for good control of legs? Gym more? Build more muscles? The last part where the guy did some 3 leg-thingy, (able to control a high, middle, middle) after lifting his leg up for so long? Balance + leg control? :S

  • its hard hard work. you have to start by pefecting your basic kicks, performing them as slow as you can, holding them for as long as you can

  • yea do a side kick and hold as much as possible. by holding your kicks you will get control of your legs. make sure you are flexible thou if you are not than the stretch of your kick will couse the leg to drop sorta like a rubber band

  • That was great!

  • great vid

  • This is a really fun clip to watch, a lot of positive energy while at the same time good skills being developed.

  • osu!

  • Kyokushin owns Muay Thai everytime! ;)

  • i dont agree but both are very very tough sports . as part of my mma i do kyokushin and its completely balls out. no messin around its hard training cardio is so much better now. muay thai with the bare knuckles is probably one of the toughest sports. kids in thailand condition their knuckles hands elbows knees and shins from an early age to prepare for the brutality. 12 kids in thailand kick the livin shit out of each other for very little money

  • oh shit he got kicked in the head! good balance!

  • Man, this place looks so much fun!

  • it really does look so fun! i wanna be there xD

  • He twirled...

    That's kind of funny.

  • that spinning hook kick hurt!
