@thanhtran479 I am sure it is pvc piping you can get it at any lowes and buy the connector as well. Cut pipe to length, and boil or blow dry the end of the piping to so the connector will fit, then the connect the two ends.

@blutrtls at that time I had been hooping for a little over a year, but it's not how long you've been hooping that will help you improve, its how much you spend practicing and how much you put into it :) Happy Hooping

@blutrtls Yeah I just watch a lot of videos for inspiration, sometimes tutorials help, but what helped me the most is just turning on music that I love and playing with my hoop! Stay dedicated and Happy Hooping :D

@blutrtls search a video by kaytibunny called behind the back hand tricks and she shows that one at the end of the video. its how i first learned it i think, just gives you a chance to study her for a minute and then it shouldn't be too hard to figure out.

Oh man, I have been going to a lot of dubstep concerts and there have been hoopers there, which has caught my interest! I bought a hula hoop planning to learn, but turns out I suck! I don't know anyone personally who can teach me... so how did you learn?

how big is this hoop? it looks really big and heavy! my old one was heavy and it made it soooo much harder to land tricks!

@ToshaCRWM It is a really big hoop, it's 3/4" 120 psi, I use a much smaller hoop now. My advice is if your body is telling you that your hoop is too big or too heavy then use what feels right, I switch it up from time to time because some things are easier to learn with a heavy hoop and others a light one. Happy hooping :D
