@VzornyCyklista I think something got lost in translation for ya there, mate... and for me as well... that's a rather bizarre dialect you seem to have picked up.
@Winko100 Gorgeous bikes. When circumstances permit, I want to get a bike myself, and nothing but an Indian will do for this gypsy spirit! Cheers!
Indian - Kickin' Harley-Davidson's ass since before Harley-Davidson was even born.
Even though I probably should be rooting for Harley since Im a Chicagoan and Harleys are HUGE in Midwest America since Milwaukee, WI is the founding city and HQ of Harley, I still must side with Indian.
Thats because Harley simply out produces Indian in America and has MUCH lower prices. Harley-Davidson became mainstream for new cruisers and Indian held true to the more expensive vintage cruiser. Look at the current Indian line vs the current Harley line. Indian just has the 4 levels of the Chief while Harley has total of 34 levels based around 7 bikes. Then there's the kids who grow up and get interested in the new Harley bikes while Indian has the same bikes.
I am from Sydney and have a 28 scout my father bought in 37 but I didn't hear about this ride, I have been meaning to join this club for years so I better get off my butt and do it, good video.
Indian is the finest bike ever made. I know I love mine. I love my new Scout as well. Indian will be releasing a new line of Chiefs in 2009. They have a redesigned Power Plus 105 with more horse power. Lot's of really cool paint and body options too.
Nice video to watch. One day I'll enjoy cruizin around on a old or retro bike to. That's the real magic of motorcycle riding. Yep I think I'm gonna sell my Suzuki gsx-r 750 k8 and do just that. Thanks
Congratulations Winko! Worth all the effort to put it together. I'm sure our 'Indian friends' will find it a fantastic record for the last day of the Gypsy Tour! Well done.
Even the song is nice...

I wish I could ride my '41 chief on this ride
but the distance is to much. Keep riding these old Indians over there like we will do in Europe.
