my bad,figured it out...to everyone else,there are 2 different modloadermps,one for server,and one for client!!!

wtf?you need to add those files to minecraft_server.jar,not minecraft.jar!!modloadermp is server-side...

Help. It says Cannot rename __rzi_38.056 to C:\Documents and Setting\Beth\Application Data\.minecraft\bin\minecraft\­bin\minecraft.jar and Cannot create C:\Documents and Settings\Beth\Application Data\.minecraft\bin\minecraft.­jar the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

first you have to close down minecratft and try it, if it still says it then press ctr alt del and open task manager go to processes and close down all processes with java anywhere on it like JavaTM ot javaw.exe just look out for all things java, try again, if it still doesn't work then restart your pc/laptop if it still doesn't work then, dunno
