This kind of pilot error seems relatively common after some kind of delay. There was another crash similar to this one where checks weren't made, and in that case too the pilots had been delayed and their runway changed at the last minute. After delays of this sort there should be some kind of change in the proceedure that recognises the possibility that the pilots may now be slightly agitated and prone to distraction.

Basic mistake kills hundreds.. Check lists were invented to avoid this very mistake !! Too bad....

Thats was sad and the plane was cheked but they cut of the system thats was the problem :(

hey pilots, you have to check,check, and check.....wake up!! that plane wants to crash more than it wants to fly. i can understand something out of your control....pilot error?, come on!
