  • Excellent video, couldn't describe that piece any better.

Limbaugh as of October 2011 is now calling the OWS Protesters druggies, and scum.

  • I never get tired of watching this video. lmfao every time.

  • Hey freaks, Rush got addicted to LEGAL prescription painkillers because he had a real medical condition. You can't compare him to recreational drug users who are hurting themselves for no good reason. Whether or not you consider Rush Limbaugh a hypocrite, it doesn't take away from the fact that recreational illegal drug users are idiotic...

  • @michaelantonio What an idiotic excuse! Limbaugh violated Florida's doctor shopping laws (ILLEGAL) to acquire huge amounts of oxycontin. He was taking them to get high. End of story, dittohead.

  • @JimbFisher - No one is arguing that he broke the law AFTER he got addicted to the prescription pain killers. HOWEVER, he would have never gotten to that point if he didn't have a health problem that caused him to need the painkillers. Most drug abusers start taking them ONLY for PLEASURE, & they don't care who they hurt in the process. Rush doesn't fit in the same category as a recreational drug abuser & FREAK. Anyone who tries to put him in the same category has another twisted agenda....

  • @michaelantonio That's hilarious. The only reason those other "recreational" drugs are illegal is because of that big nasty government you keep blaming for all of your problems. Why are illegal drugs any worse than equally addictive painkillers? Your defense of this shitbag has come with the price tag of looking like a complete idiot. It's like saying a priest who molests an 18 year old is better than those "bad" ones who are touching all the minors. You're fired.

  • @chubbyruckus Prescription painkillers provide relief from pain for the person suffering from an unbearable illness or injury, & if used properly, are safe. Illegal drugs are unnecessary & dangerous to use in any way, regardless of dosage. You are a hateful person who has no accountability. You would rather attack someone who made a mistake, but you should condemn the use of illegal drugs, which do much more harm than any good feeling they give you. What you think about me is irrelevant.

  • @michaelantonio Your response boils down to illegal drugs being bad because they're illegal? Pot is a great medical drug but it's illegal and it's way safer than most of those painkillers. I'm not condemning anybody. Rush can smoke crack for all I care. I actually respect a person's right to do what they want with their own body. Your "he's not as bad as those REAL addicts doing ILLEGAL drugs" defense of Rush is what I took issue with. We both know that's just silly.

  • @chubbyruckus It's not silly, it's a valid argument. It's not about the actual drugs, it comes down to intent. The casual drug user is very foolish to want to use drugs in the first place, & we shouldn't encourage people to do this. Rush initailly used the legal drugs to alleviate his pain, & THEN he made bad decisions once he became addicted to them. There IS a difference between a casualty of necessary use & the irresponsible, immature idiot that wants to ruin their life with recreational drugs

  • @michaelantonio How can you speak for anybody, though? People get hooked on drugs for all sorts of reasons. You're swiping a broad brush over them all as if they said "I want to destroy my life". The fact that Rush became a drug addict is not softened by HOW he became an addict or how legal the drugs were. It should show you that it can happen to the last person you'd expect and, hopefully, help you look with empathy (not sympathy) at other addicts rather than calling them idiots and freaks.

  • @chubbyruckus It's a numbers issue. More people who are casual users become drug addicts, because most of them didn't have the responsible attitude to stay away from it in the first place. Most people who really need prescription drugs simply do not get addicted to them, because they do their best to take them only when necessary. Oxycotin is one of the most addictive prescription drugs, so even a responsible adult cn get hooked. It happens, but less often. Rush Limbaugh is a responsible adult.

  • @michaelantonio No he's not. He got addicted to painkillers. To be truly responsible, according to your reasoning, he should have bootstrapped his way through the pain or asked for a less addictive painkiller. This is a ridiculous conversation. The amount of moral acrobatics you're going through to show that Rush is somehow a better kind of drug addict is pointless. I don't condemn him at all for getting hooked.

  • @chubbyruckus I am not praising Rush for getting addicted, but neither will I condemn him or put him in the same category with degenerate fools who have the choice, & decide to partake in dangerous substances. If you try to throw him into the same shallow pool with the sharks, you are not thinking as deeply as you should be...

  • @michaelantonio What sharks? If you think that the only people who get addicted to non-prescription drugs are degenerate fools, you are a staggering simpleton. Rush's human weakness led him down the path he took, just like all of those "degenerates". It's a shame that his ordeal didn't open your eyes to the nuances of addiction. You seem to be focusing on defending a particular value when this is an ideal time to re-examine it. It's okay that Rush is a hypocrite about drug use. It's his job.

  • @chubbyruckus I didn't say all of them, but you can't put them in the same category with Rush. He built a successful career through hard work & dedication, while MOST drug addicts are people who don't have the motivation to build anything worthwhile. I am not saying Rush shouldn't examine his own life & how he deals with the drug issue, but we on the outside looking in know the truth. Attacking Rush limbaugh is an obvious sign of blind bias. Rush made a judgement error, but he is not degenerate.

  • @michaelantonio So you're saying that being a drug addict is more excusable once you've achieved a certain level of success? Do you extend this courtesy to all of the musicians, authors, actors, artists, etc. who have worked tirelessly to build their careers while struggling with drug abuse? Let's get specific here. What percentage of drug addicts would you say belong in Rush's velvet rope section of the pie? I'm getting tired of all the vague "most of them" assertions. Let's talk numbers.

  • @chubbyruckus Yes, I do believe that most artists deserve more respect than the average person, because many of them had to work very hard to achieve success. Unfortunately, that success can be a contributing factor in their drug abuse, because the money comes in & they suddenly have easy access to the most potent drugs. It also doesn't help that the entertainment culture has far too much drug acceptance. I have been around the industry enough to see how easy it is to get dragged in.

  • @michaelantonio Does the artist or the hard working radio host get more of a free pass for being a drug addict than, say, the guy who works a regular job? Does this standard apply to all of the legal alcoholics out there? Do you see where I'm going with this? You keep boiling it down to 'Drug addicts are degenerates, except for (fill in the blank)' and that's how someone talks when they want to allow enough wiggle room in their stance to avoid looking hypocritical.

  • @michaelantonio A cave wants its bat shit back, no run along mentally challenged bigoted gnome..run..

  • I know this is a parody but geddy's nose is not that big.

  • I agree with Limbaugh on many things....but hate how he defends BUsh as if he could never do wrong. He is way too one sided, but hey, he makes a lot of money being that way. I also hate how always reefers to animal rights activists as wackos(while I'm sure there are some) I think advocating animal rights is extremely noble. Sorry for the rant...once again, great video!

  • NOt only is the video super funny, but you got the members of Rush's body language down pat. I take it youre a pretty big RUsh fan. One of my fav videos btw

  • Why do they consider hippies communists? People who want peace are now anti American? The real anti Americans are the people who call others anti Americans... EVERYONE'S A HYPOCRITE!

(And on an unrelated note)I read H2G2, it rules...

  • I don't know why his back hurts- he hasn't done a lick of honest work in his life, maybe if he dropped two or three hundred pounds it wouldn't hurt so much, poor baby.

  • This is awesome!

  • Great work.

  • sweet video my Bro is fan of Rush but Rxush is better

  • He would be wearing an ankle bracelet now.He was also caught with HUGE amts of Viagra at WPB Airport without a prescription, because he sucks the dick of the republican party he got out of that too. Right Wing Black Cigar DICK Sucking Douche!

  • Limbaugh a Bloated Oxycotin "Maverick" Limbaugh

Pallin, and McCain are the equivalent of Right wing vaginal reeking unwanted odors and stench for our economic, social, and personal freedoms. Only because of his wealth and conservative status was he able to afford Roy Black esq. escape prosecution for "Doctor Shopping"

  • I think Rush should open for Rush. Watching Limbaugh stumble around on stage with a sheen of sweat, shouting, "(pant...pant) I can't find my pills (pant...pant) my back hurts, and I can't find my pills!", would be fucking awesome comic relief before a Rush show.

  • Great job on the Geddy Lee voice!

  • The impersonations were funny, although being a huge fan of BOTH Rush's, The band is very, very conservative for the most part. Read Neil's lyrics. He lives in California now and is a registered Libertarian. That is FAR from being Liberal!!!! Also, Jimbo, It is totally untrue, what you made Rush Limbaugh out to look like, but I understand...He is right about most things, and you liberals can't stand it.

  • Are you sure? During "Passage to Bangkok", they (the band) have big pot leaves on the monitors. Men in their fifties donating money to human rights causes and smoking weed is not conservative.

  • yes why don't u read the lyrics, ie, Second Nature, not to mention Peart's books. Peart's not a registered Libertarian. He's here on a green card, not a US citizen so he can't register to vote! He once described himself as a "left-wing liberterian", which sounds to me like moderate, at least, and maybe a bit progressive.

  • continuing my previous comment...Have u ever seen Peart's interview with Jean Chretien? Also, as he has gotten older, he has very much distanced himself from his former admiration of Ayn Rand, admitting he was very naive back then. But then, why should I expect a Dittohead to get their facts straight?

  • They are not Conservative, they're Canadian fuck do some research

  • I was on the floor laughing

  • Swingline is gay

    ur vid is cool

  • Loved it

  • OMG Limbaugh is hilarious.

  • 5 smoke rings

  • oh my god, this is so freaking cool!

  • Great work!!!!

  • Although they made Geddy Lee sound like Woody the WoodPecker this is froggin awsome. Neil Peart for Prime Minister of Canada!!!!

  • AWESOME!!! lol it's hilarous... <3 RUSH!

  • haha, five stars from me to you :))

  • Whoever did Geddy Lee's voice is absolutely perfect in this.

  • yeah. A bit too high, but overall quite on the mark.

  • I love it!!!

  • this is great!

  • not a limbaugh fan, just searched for diff rush stuff, stumbled across this and the best part was Neils fill in his solo section, kickass!! and love the over ever exagerrated version of his kit. hell ya!!

  • Holy shit that was funny!

  • I can't get over how funny this video is. thank you for making it who ever you are.i need a few laughs, every day.

  • well mom, i'm sorry bout the "attitude". but people who think they should have the right to tell other people{adults}that they can't smoke marijuana is just stupid. And I hope you are not one of those people. because Rush L.,is. He is a blowhard.

  • funniest thing i'v seen in 2 years, hilarious. i like the drum role neil does.funny as shit.

  • I am a little more on the right, but this video is hysterical. Good job.

  • Great. Rush is a big fat hippocrite, like all right wing judgemental assholes. Fuckem. Dont like it? Fuck you too.

  • Hilarious and nice work!

  • I am a Limbaugh fan, son is a RUSH fan..I love the video..it is spot on

  • you are a limbaugh fan? come on the guy is a loser lady, wake up and smell the oxicontain.

  • captain, it's a free country. I like Limbaugh but I also like Rush...so why the attitute?

  • haha

  • HAHAHAHAH!

  • NO. I am a RUSH (the band) head first and foremost.

  • Although I am a Republican, this is awesome. Bravo.
