that is a task at hand . Did you seal the floor with laq sealer first - then ebony stain (what brand) it? Doesnt take very well to bc --I was hoping it would stay black. great job .

If I was buying this property I would resend the floor back to original and make it right again.

Great job, but who ever was the interior designer that picked the stain, don't let them pick colors again!... They totally ruined it.
