The douchebag with the nightstick was the only one who technically broke the law, and after he didn't show up, a civil injuction was granted which barred him from polling places for a year. Your issue should be with The Bush administration, No charges in November, or December,
They waited until just a few days before the Obama admistration took office in late January .
Video, shows Whites and Blacks coming to and leaving the polling booth with no problem.
The building was in a mostly Black neighborhood. .
1 of the 2 men lived in the building, and was a registered poll watcher.
The 1 with the stick was banned.

Because it shows the mindset of some black people that wishes to protect someone just because they are black, like that Texas case with 28 boys involved in the rape of an 11yr old. Mulattos are a label black because historically thats what they have been called. In some countries they arent considered black but this country they are. If he tried to catch a cab or walk down an upscale neighborhood he would be profiled just like any other dark skin black. Secondly most non immigrant blacks are mixed.

Holder sets up a false situation, using his answer to report his sister-in-law had a worse experience. That has nothing to do with the charges against his department, but he manages to direct attention away from those by waving the race card.
