The 'secret' recipe is as follows:

Aple Cider Vinegar

Black Pepper Corns

Black Mustard Seed

Garlic Cloves (whole)

Cayenne Pepper (Red Pepper)

It's great drizzled over salad! Otherwise you can take a spoonful a day to treat or prevent the common cold.

However, 4 Thieves Vinegar can also be used to hurt as well as to heal. 4 Thieves Vinegar is also used in 'enemy work', i.e. curses.

Thanks! This sounds like Riekin's Master Tonic. He makes a mean vinegar, and is taken at the first sign of illness. It's added to healing baths, also.
