I cut away the touchbar (it was glued to my front as well).

It's like I have a whole new phone now.

oh feels good to write sms without fuckn clicking 10 times and using t9 without hesitate lol. although switching the camera is no longer a run against time cause zooming bar wont appear as it likes to. n1- if this didnt helped i woulda threw it to garbage. - i bought like 4 mobilephones in a row of nokia but this ll gonna be last for a long time!! unfortunatly lost my bill and there should def. be a recall by nokia itself- nice service!

finally repaired this fuckn bullshit handy.

Although my 6710 was assembled differ way: the touchpad, which is removed here by a decent push was taped.

The sensor bar itself was taped to the cover- so the other way round. i removed it, put it to the other side and used two tapes of isolating too.

There was a serious probability that i destroyed it when lifting the touchpad- but finally it seems to work properly. Zooming still works and even the lagging on the keyboard seems to be gone!

despega la tapa donde pone nokia y debajo encontraras una tira de plastico con cobre, cortala con unas tijeras y ya está . dejara de funcionar el zoom aunque lo podras seguir utilizando con las teclas que hay en el lateral .

What an amazing fix! Had my doubts, but two pieces of insulation tape later and it is fixed!

I have fixed the zoom problem using MagicKey, and have basically disabled the zoom bar. What I would like to know is if this fix will solve the laggy keypad problem? Please reply

hay que cortar la barrita de cobre , y no ponerle cinta aislante.

El mismo que hace este video tiene otro en el que sale que ha cortado la barrita. Le pasaria como a mi, que despues de hacer todo, el tlfn seguia con el problema.

No hagas el trabajo 2 veces, NO PONGAS CINTA AISLANTE, CORTA LA BARRITA DE COBRE DEL ZOOM.
