@TheJazzManJ44 Watched him play a whole set. He plays at least one long note during each tune, and I never caught him circular breathing. It's just a big breath and breath control. Then why do you go there, We have been going to Vegas since 1984 and it only gets better, Carl is a wonderful show and what do you want for free, you can enjoy the music and play the casinos inbetween, by the way we will be there again next week for the 1st of 3 trips a year in Vegas and will go to see Carl. You just need to stay at home in your back yard if you only have neg. things to say about something free that a lot of people may enjoy.

I was in vegas for a week and couldn't stay away from Carl's show, he is awesome and has a lot of sole. My favorit of all times. Can't wait to go back and see him play again. I also bought his CD, All Blown Out, and it's worth every penny, also love his vocals.

don't worry about the comments....I met your dad on the street this past w/e and he is a really cool guy...one of the nicest I have met down there...and he is very gifted. I think a lot of people are jealous of his talent - a lot of these critics on here talk big but have no clue when it comes to music.

I don't really find him very good...If you're talking about sax playing for entertainment, he's no Kenny G. Sure, all Kenny G. does is play pentatonics up and down and circular breathes, but he's a much better crowd pleaser. Kenny G is a player for people who are on Aaron Coplan's first plain of listening to music. This guy can't even entertain those people..and perhaps he could do something about his attire, he looks like the russian mafia.
