Scott, could you do a nice video about how to properly engage muscles in your exercise etc, like abs, specially obliques and chest, because with my triceps and bicpes it goes kinda automatic, but I got a hard time with my chest.
I'm new to the bodybuilding - training hard about 6 weeks by now , but i became really serious and dedicated ! You dude just ROCK !!! Great inspiration !
Is there a different grip of this same exercise that works the triceps, or does this exercise do both. BTW, for those of us who use those exercise cord systems you attach to your door, that use one or more exercise cord/tube rather than weights, I discovered that if it makes a squeaking or otherwise annoying noise when you use it, a little WD40 on the axles for the little wheels that allow the wheels to spin freely, will dramatically reduce if not completely git rid of the noise.
Let's argue about it, yeah? Scott, keep doing what you're doing; it's helping a lot of people including myself and so I'm very happy that I've subscribed.

@emericaordie15 calisthenics(bodyweight) is really good lots of people get strong great example freerunners. Parkour is really fun and a workout. Im a freerunner.
I heard that the rope attachment is not very good for your wrist (obviously it won't put you in physical pain immediately) and I was wondering if there were any other attachments that you could use?
man your muscles look more pumped like youv'e just worked out, but like all the time hehe, its not that you didn't look good before but you surely look better , you continue pushing the envelope and that is awesome , BTW geat videos thanks for taking the time to upload them
hey scott, good video. :) i got a question. should isolation exercises be performed with light weights or heavy weights? i.e. bench flyes, lateral raises and all the other raises.

@MrSiko11208 first of all.. he is super ripped (5 percent body fat).. or he's either bulking or the lighting is to bright to notice.. second, people have limits and genetic potential on their body. I'm not an expert but I'm guessing scott is a lot closer to his than you are to yours. Finally who gives a shit if your ripped? Dropping body fat is much easier than building new muscle. Get over yourself dude

I think he was using 8lbs for the sake of demonstration. It should be obvious by his size that he can lift much more than that.

@MrSiko11208 Fyi, if you're contracting your bicep then you are working it. If it tears down the muscle fibers then it works. You can do this without any weight at all if you squeeze your bicep hard enough, so I'm almost certain that this exercise works. Scott's a really smart dude my progress shows that his routines and exercises work.

When i do those i like to add an outward motion at the top to work the inside of biceps too. It's a good workout to get some width on your biceps
