I am completely stoked to see the best band I've ever known reform! This new song is just... more of the same. Not that I expected miracles after 8 years of being broken up, and I certainly don't wanna diss this direction. It just kiiiinda sounds like a b-side from Electric Boogaloo. 100K of donations is just a testament to how truly amazingly this band reached so many people. And I can't wait to hear more. Buuuut I would probably skip this song if it was on one of their albums.Just an opinion:)

Have been into them since 1999, seen them well over 10 times, went to their final, show etc. There's a distinct change in their sound from their first album to this stuff. Not saying it's bad or anything, but it's pretty hard to classify them as a 'ska punk' band anymore.

They haven't played 'ska punk' for three albums now or released an album that could be classified as that genre since 1997.

Lol so my mom told me about this, and my brother, Scott, who plays bass now (he used to play guitar), told me I couldn't say anything until he said so. And my family listened to this on our way up the mountain hunting for a christmas tree, and i love this song lol.
