  • To reduce the shake you can always put rubber bushings under the camera thats attached to the mount. Or foam bushing, it would help with the up and down movment signifigantly. Depending on the materials, could reduce it completly.

  • Nothing you can do about the shake...

    good news is.. most cameras coming out.. have a Vibration reduction function that will take care of this...
