I could tell something wasn't right because the girl in the cam put her hair up like a quarter second before the girl with the laptop did the same... Latency only makes the image come in late, not early. Would be hilarious if they could figure out how to make it come in early though. Then you could set up a camera to look at stock values, then set up a long series of cameras that all deliver the image earlier till you've got several years worth of future data.
