is the red lamp flag avaliable with the coastal route?

No there's a bit of a story about that actually. I thought I would have to make a new gmax model but I didn't. The lamps themselves are off the DLS and the flag was made by myself a while ago for a fictional route where it acted as the flag on the green of a golf course. I don't see the point in rereleasing the route just for that.

@train4755: Well, you don't have to rerelease the route. All you have to do is to release the flag in the Scenery section of the site.

Nah, it's not a perfect model and I don't think the site needs the flag particularly as it is only seen in this episode, so sorry it's a no give out model.
