be prepared to get a cock up your ass

  • @SissyNekoBoi you can get raped/sodomized anywhere nowadays....

  • @latinalovin83 What a thought?? Why are you listening to this song? There is a better song for you: 'San Franciscan Nights' by Eric Burdon and the Animals (English) It has, maybe a more objective perspective. Get rid of that fear, it will ruin your life. Remember, crime is a part of life; be safe and forget about it ... you may never be touched by it; It's up to you ... Does that mean your not going to SFO? ... what a shame ! Such a colorful and peaceful city.

  • @lizzy11291950 whoa whoa whoa whoa lady take it easy...I was just replying to SissyNekoBoi comment, I'm from northern California been to San Francisco many times...and yes crime can happen anywhere its reality go easy....don't assume so much about complete and total strangers you know nothing about....

  • @latinalovin83 Sorry, I don't always read the entire thread. I meant nothing to offend you personally. I am new on YouTube and I am still learning. PEACE !

  • @lizzy11291950 ?????You didn't offend me ma'am, it just seem like you took offense to my comment...

  • @lizzy11291950 I like to pretend Elvis Presley is throwing a big tour there he's the king! of the whole wide world

  • I am in the lowest mood right now, and I heard my Mum singing this from the kitchen. Right now, it is the only thing putting happy thoughts in my mind and a smile on my face. I am going to San Francisco soon, and I plan on wearing flowers in my hair wherever I go, just to be cheesy.

  • I came here because of led zeppelins TSRTS version.

  • Confirmation I was born in the wrong decade

  • Love this song, RESPECT FROM SWEDEN! :) <3

  • and if i go to sweden?

  • @pimmetje97 Flowers still.

  • @pimmetje97 You're going to meet some Muslim people there. :)

Lookout Mountain Road in the Hollywood Hills.Scott McKenzie lived across the street. That

fall I went back to the Bay Area to resume my college studies. My friends and I used to go to

the Haight-Ashbury district in San Francisco and hang out.Like Scott McKenzie's great song,

Eric Burdon had his great song "San Francisco Nights." Great Times!! "I Want Yo' Number."

  • I went to San Francisco nearly a year ago and had a great time.

Now every time I hear this song I want to come back so much. It just describe so well the feeling that you have while being in the city...

  • ALGUÉM FAÇA ESSA MÚSICA PARAR POR FAVOR

  • You have to live in San Francisco to understand this song.

I know, this was written at the high of the hippie movement.

But, if you go to San Francisco. You listen this song in your mind....Peace.

  • I was born in san francisco and I love this song

  • so great old music i lkie very but i got question did he died???

  • Just a great iconic song...

  • i heard zeppelin play this, im a huge zeppelin fan, but god damn this version is undeniably the best!

  • @EminemCathleen4ever Says the person who can't spell "proper" and "English", not to mention "irks". And then there's the sentence-structure troughout your entire comment, a teachers worst nightmare right there.

  • @Nizzemancer I guess you don't understand what I was trying to mention. However I don't care what you think of me. However I'm just saying how people speak not their spelling. P.S. I know how to spell but lots of people speak / type worst then me. Its no big deal but on the internet no one cares how you speak online they just want the get on with it thing. So don't judge people.

  • @EminemCathleen4ever It's not just your spelling, if you came up to me and blurted out what you just wrote I would think one of two things: 1. You're mentally challenged. Or: 2. English is your second language and you're in the process of learning it. It's nothing personal, it's just that both your grammar and improper use of certain words is really terrible for a native English speaker. Wich leads me to this conclusion: "People who live in glass houses should not throw stones"

  • @Nizzemancer Oh I stoped reading half way through what you were saying. Just make peace and work with me man.

  • Очень добрая песня)))Аж плакать хочется,лично я вспоменаю свою детство когда слушаю эту песню

  • @TheUniQm exactly my thought.

  • @TheUniQm wtf.

  • GOOD MUSIC !!! VISIT MY ANKAWAOIGA CHANEL IN YOUTUBE !!! THANKS !!

  • 40 people will never go to SF

  • He are old now ;( R.I.P

  • 40 fanów Biebirka, szkoda.

  • 40 people couildn't beat Chuck Norris in San Fransisco

  • nice song crazy town homeless people drugs shit .......

  • The 60s where great unless you went to Vietnam.

  • @mellowyellow4902 HEY! Vietnam was fun for some of us.

  • It's this song that makes me wanna visit San Francisco! :) Peace!

  • 39 never visited San Francisco

  • Women got raped by this song. They loved it. Then and Now. Real people love this song and it loves back damn hard!!! Timeless Masterpiece!

  • @DetroitLove4U You say women got raped to the song If You're Going To San Francisco and loved it? What drug are you on? Rape is a woman saying no to someone doing what they want anyway. It is against the law for a reason. Why do you believe such evil?

  • @OneWayOnlyJesus Becuase people like you make the music of today that is pure evil!!! Kiss Off and unload. I don't need to listen to your too too mockery. Women love great music - it literally rapes their bodies into a whole new world of mysticism. I don't give a flying two shits whether you think that is funky - after all you are ONE WAY - so keep traveling down that narrow road to Jesus. I belive in God not a computer channel.

  • @DetroitLove4U waarom sta je er dan op ??? Asshole !!! Mooi liedje dat me aan mijn moeder doet denken die nu "Alzheimer" heeft en het liedje niet meer kent........... jammer !!!

  • @DetroitLove4U I wasn't mocking you I was responding to your sick and twisted comment. Now you say it was just an analogy? Who would have known that? And why would you use a disgusting rape analogy anyway for this sweet song? Also, yes, I am on the straight and narrow road to heaven. That is not something I will ever apologize for... why would I? From where I sit, you could use some truth in your life. (Btw I thumbed up this song, I take the simple lyrics just as they are. Great tune!)

  • @OneWayOnlyJesus If you have nothing good to say then say nothing. I didn't ask for an apology niether. The truth in my life is not exemplified on a computer medium. I certainly am not indemnified by such in the same that you may feel is some sort of rudimentary option to express yourself and your beliefs. You have yielded further to your pragmatic pretenses of your "h"eaven bound self. I said I believe in God. You don't have flowers in your hair. You have the whims of the world on it.

  • @DetroitLove4U I bet you're not a woman;-)

  • What a beatiful song,and good voice of singer..greetings from Croatia :)

  • I'll visit San Francisco 'cuz of this guy :P

  • @DeltaCommandos38 He is singing about the 60s not today. Today you'll pay a lot of money to visit, it is very, very expensive. If you drive, forget about parking - it is a nightmare to find a place to park your car and then you will be walking up hills, etc. Things are commericalized everywhere now, including San Francisco.

  • @OneWayOnlyJesus True :(

I'm kinda reconsidering 'cuz of the expenses I looked up xD

    It isn't cheap at all

  • This song makes me want to vomit.

  • This was a great song! I've been to SF a few times and it is a remarkable city. Forge that gay shit you've heard about. My wife at the time and I love the city. Austin, Texas has move queers than SF. It's called the SF of the south! Ha!

  • This song never gets old!

  • 39 people came from justin bieber !

  • GOD DAMN HIPPIES!

  • @TaylorHound you were saying?

  • The way he reads the chorus can stop time, I seriously get chills.

  • SEX DRUGS AND ROCK N ROLL !!! LOVE INS,Free concerts in the park. Miss those laid back days.

  • I so miss the music and times of the sixties, I feel out of place in the 22nd century.

  • @Dunlap7640 i thought this was the 21st century O.o

  • @GTANextGen you're right, 1999 was the 20th. 2001 was the 21st. Yep, my bad, not only am I getting older by the second, I'm losing my freakin' mind. Ha. Ha.

  • @Dunlap7640 haha at first I thought you typed 22 on accident, until I noticed "nd" , oh well. Nobody's been harmed.

  • my god, there's just this feeling from 60's music that you can't get from music these days

  • The Rock.. sean connery singing it brought me here LOL!! :D

  • )'(

  • Just listened to this crossing the Bay Bridge on our way to a rave last Friday. I loved it. At the after party, people were just giving me free nugs (of tree... duh!) like "oh you ran out, heres some nugs". Free stogs, free beer, free everything. My kind of people, thats how I am too. I wish I lived during the 60's.

  • this song makes me cry.. idk why.

  • This is music?.....sure

  • One of the best songs of that era. I was born in '82, but the whole movement had so much potential. Instead it seemed to become a fashion statement, and a haven for drug addicts... now we are enslaved more than ever! People blame the boomers, but it's not like all of them were hippies... and where you've got 10 pacifists, and 1 psycho, the psycho will always dominate.

  • THIS IS MUSIC!

  • This is a reminder of what once was lifes a fucking hell hole rather kill my self than see what will be

  • ahhh My feoss Such aHhh Lame For Likinq this Sonqq iStill Love him thoee <333

  • Fucking hippies!

  • @hippieshatewater how you can say this you idiot..

  • How ironic as we listen to this song from the gentle people of the 'summer of love.' These are the Gentle people who have now become the ubermasters, the Wall street financiers who are devestating us. Those who 'came to San Fran.' looking to oust the establishment and establish a new order of love are repeating the errors of their parents in worse ways. I am listening to this with a bitter-sweet feeling.

  • wow i type anoying things when im drunk....

  • im 22 and i love this song. no offense to anyone please. : )

  • @lolocyote56 wasn't it like Dj Bl3nd's Sexy Mix??

  • Dear Lovelylyrics... I was luckily born in 1955...and grew up in the best modern day musical era... I remember how it felt when at 15-16 the world was begining to recognise that YOUTH was an asset.. what a feeling.. welcome to the club.. hug

  • @Grazyna19555 Wow, I really understand..

  • @Grazyna19555 if only i was so lucky i was born in 1997 and am about 15 and i still dress talk act and sing like a hippie bc i am one but only a select few get me...

  • @Grazyna19555 I wish I could have seen those days.

  • forrest gump for me

  • God i love my uncle is he is SO right.. The time warp in the sixties sped up right before i was born.. Im not where i belong..i belong in the sixties..

  • @LoveLyrics99 strait up... me to
