  • Look, I know google translator sucks but it says that jelly doughnut is spelled Krapfen. Can someone explain to me why this is happening?

  • @planetary109 Berliner is not an actual german word, it was a name like how Americans have Bear Claws. It was the name of a local pastry/doughnut.

  • @planetary109 Berliner and Krapfen are the same thing... in some parts of germany they use one expression and in other parts they use the different expression
