And America doesn't police the world, it exercises military strenght to secure strategically important resources and regions for it's economic and political interests, which by the way are not the same as your interests. I couldn't make much sense out of "state capitalism" in this context. The closest thing would be corporatism, which isn't capitalism at all, and evolved from the nationalist wing of the early socialists (who lost the Russian civil war, but spread their ideas to Spain, Italy and Germany pre-WW2.
In the US context, the entire point of capitalism is minimal government control. This results in social injustices, but they're a biproduct of financial freedom, not of statism.

America has been dictating events through military intervention since the end of WWII, attempting to secure more profits over the backs of freedom and democracy. And now that it's economic power is in decline, it's left with only military power and a will to use it.
