with a little more troubleshooting i was able to fix the problem. one comment on a previous session had mentioned that it might have something to do with the browser. they mentioned switching the browser to google chrome if it wasn't. it my case my browser wasn't google chrome, so i switched. it fixed the problem!!! the problem was occurring with firefox as my browser. thanks dan and thank you to the person who mentioned switching the browser to google chrome!!!

first: i would like to say thank you for your tutorials!!! you are thoughtful and you have excellent speaking and teaching skills, very clear and to the point.
secondly: when i select the the movie in the browser i get a dotted outline at the edge of the movie that represent all 4 sides. it doesn't go away, i tried different troubleshooting with no luck. do you have any idea why this is happening? any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks dan!!!

Once I do this, my IE window has a white bar at the bottom where there is no image or content...any advice?
