Why is there always "eyes" put in the font, for instance, inside the "g" @ o.18.

I noticed, the same was done in the "Journey" piece at Trafalgar Square a couple of years ago. Especially in the Home Office text.

Is it symbolic of something, or a code for something perhaps?

I presume the artist (or artists) behind the piece have their symbolic reasons for doing it.

Could they share the meaning of the symbolism with us please?

hooks and eyes I presume. Plus nooses on the "g" s.

The hooks and nooses refer to the death & the traps but Im not sure what the eyes on stalks represent. Maybe that Elena is the observer or something.
