What kids don't understand is that the CIVIC has been built. I'm guessing you don't know how hard it is to actually build a FAST car and have it able to be driven daily. Your stock lambo gets props from kids, a built civic gets props from people who know about cars.

That Protege is a piece of garbage, its really just a Ford. That motor the FS2.0 is one of the worst engines in the world! I bet he blew his water pump up to bits with that run alone. I had a 626 with the same engine, I fucking hate Mazda.
lambo is very heavy with not very much hp really and honda is light prolly with like around 200 whp very little. just a guess though. its just basic power to weight ratios here. if the lambo had same power to weight ratio as the honda it would win because of more aero dynamics and awd and better transmission also. but that would take a lot of money. if u want a fast car for under 10,000 there are ALOT of cars to choose from that you could build that would beat the hell out of this lambo.
The civic may have won in a straight line...1/8 mile...wow...not to mention the Lambo probably took a second to get traction even though it is an AWD it still has wheel hop and has to catch traction...race the Lambo on the road course...I'd pay money to see the civic SLOW DOWN AND TRUN!!

@spidey0123 modified honda could eat a stock lambo in everything but looks, weighing half as much makes a HUGE difference in the corners. and a high boost b series could eat one until 170mph with a stock tranny. 400hp is easy to make with boost, and thats more than enough to keep up with the modern exotic. under 20k and you have a car with the performance of an exotic.

lambo is very heavy with not very much hp really and honda is light prolly with like around 200 whp very little. just a guess though. its just basic power to weight ratios here. if the lambo had same power to weight ratio as the honda it would win because of more aero dynamics and awd and better transmission also. but that would take a lot of money. if u want a fast car for under 10,000 there are ALOT of cars to choose from that you could build that would beat the hell out of this lambo.

I like it how all these Honda fags think a drag race decides how good a car is. They seem to forget that the Lamborghini is designed for handling more than going fast in a straight line. The Honda owner specifically made their car a drag car. The Lamborghini could whoop that Honda's ass if it were an actual circuit race. @spidey0123 modified honda could eat a stock lambo in everything but looks, weighing half as much makes a HUGE difference in the corners. and a high boost b series could eat one until 170mph with a stock tranny. 400hp is easy to make with boost, and thats more than enough to keep up with the modern exotic. under 20k and you have a car with the performance of an exotic.

One Jap car I can say fond of doing that is the Nissan GT-R / Skyline GT-R. Haven't seen a tuned civic do that yet. Next, circuit track. Have you seen a tuned civic do top lap time records on famous tracks like the dreaded Nurburgring? Nothing. See I know where your coming from, costs less for huge performance. I know that, I owned a frankenstein civic before.

So in this case after the 1/8 mile (which is probably what this civic was built for) does not matter. =-) But FYI there are a handful of "econoboxs" that will rape a lambo in 1/2-1 mile races.. as well as on a circuit course.
