For removal: it has a short stem that is easily reached, if it doesn't pull out easily, DON'T PANIC !! just insert a finger and gently press on the side as you pull it out, this breaks the suction hold.

@themfjuice2 I was grossed out at first too but it just takes some getting used to. What's great is that it has markers to show how much you flow into it so you'll get to know when you should take it out. It's weird for your first cycle but it gets better!

I have been using the divacup the past couple months and I absolutely love it. It is so comfortable and you can just forget about it. You don't have to worry about carrying around tampons and going to the bathroom all the time. It is just as comfortable as a tampon and really not gross at all. I am a poor college student, so the money I can save on tampons each month is so worth it, seriously, if you're on the fence just try it, you will not be disappointed.
