Muscle cars are popular for all the reasons they get called "inferior" by car snobs. They're rear wheel, a little lacking in traction and plenty powerful. That makes them fun as hell to drive. I like my car to fishtail a little and make some noise when I step on it, not just buzz along like a little toy car.

Depends on what you consider as the "beating" factor, which car is better, better in? Track, Strip, Bang for the Money? One is a TTV6 at 450+ at 3840 lb. 0-60 at 3.3sec, while the SCV8 at 640+ at 3350 lb. 0-60 at under 3.5sec. Hard to say while all are in text. Can't wait to see them on track or streets...or in Top Gear. That great show cracks me up.

Well DUDE, I know enough to say that americans make their cars to go fast on straight lines but not on corners(check the top gear reviews for the mustang and Shelby 500), europeans focus more on design than any others and japanese like to put as much computers as they can on their cars.
