It's easily possible, I got the Toyota Minolta up to 580 km/h or so... Just a matter of playing with the setup, go for gigh downforce at the back and low at the front and then try different settings of the gearbox!

I did 610kph in the AutoBiachi. I just just stuck a flap wheel into the cylinder head ports for a few seconds, the car developed a 9000% improvement in power from this mod alone. I also added gofaster stripes and some undercar neons these make the car do 300kph more than normal.

to do the wheelie trick you need the following: a high hp car i.e. minolta, toyota GT ONE, gear settings high (somewhere near 25), suspension set to minimum, the front downforce minimum, rear downforce maximum, front/rear balance set all the way to the right. Finally use NOS, there you go!

no its not a cheat, its a glitch, which may as well be. you set the spring rates ont eh front to low, back to high, high back DF, low front DF. Max ride height front,min back. you accelerate, and the car does a wheelie. Don't lie that the acceleration is that good.
