If you are talking that you moved to another state to go to college yes you will have to pat out of state tuition. If you are saying that the undocummented student living in that state for a long time doesn't, well that is the case. @Futura2011 When my daughter went to college in NJ she paid out of State Rates because we lived across the boarder, but the whole boys soccer team had come up from South america and some from mexico, all got full tuition paid by the state with pell grants, none of them graduated, because to them it was easy money and party time, they shared a house which they destroyed by neglect from there party's (I feel sorry for the landlord). Tell me how this benefits the U.S.?

@wolftreetree Actually they do charge out of state tuition regardless. Even if they resided within the state itself: if they're not legal residents, they have to pay out of state tuition. Public universities of course don't allow illegal aliens into their schools. Some community colleges do, and most private colleges as well since they're independently funded.

Our system is so broken that it causes that line of people who want to it legally, congested. Many people that wait up to 15 years to get here and still are waiting in a long process. That is what makes our system broken, that it is almost impossible to get to the U.S. legally.

They will simply receive the opportunity to continue with their education. Plus, these students have been here and received public K-12 education. It makes no sense to invest in these students' public education (with taxpayer MONEY) and then to just deport them afterwards. Why waste valuable assets that were educated here?
