Please help mine can't even connect to online match, I am signed in to ea servers but when I head into an online match, every time it says connection has been lost with your opponent for 6 times now. And I can't find my ugc file

i just deleted everything and then when i switched the game back on nothing came up saying i had to do an update :/ help please
