@tenthattempt lol was my mate on the back actually, the only chance he had was the first 20 metres while i was struggling to keep the front wheel on the ground, most of that first 20m it was in the air slightly, but once i had the clutch fully released and front wheel down i nailed the throttle to 150km/h and he was dropping back further and further.

motorcycle usa is a good website to check their supesport and superbike shootouts for quarter mile runs but us bikes are in general less powerfull then the rest of the world because of the emision laws and noise restrictions for example a us R1 is down 8 hp compare to european one.

@yzsonly well to date i have spent just over 3grand on bolt on gear like high flow cat, dump pipe, injectors, intercooler + tune for nearly 450hp at the wheels which is 11 seconds on street tyres. and that just held up against the r6. so that 21k inc buying the car which is an 06 luxury pack :D i think they are good value. but its hard to beat a bike in that sense. very hard
to clear up some details cause some of you talk shit, the average motorbike at 600cc will get to 100 in under 3 seconds, the TYPHOON is over 5 seconds, conclusion the douche on the bike cant ride for shit, i race for brain tix bikes 250cc aprilia and i know for sure that would eat that car, shit it out then eat it again.
The Duc was getting on it....but the rider sucked and the F6 had plenty of balls. With the secondary throttle plates taken out + tune, I could launch my zx14 to a 2.4 second run to 100 recording with a veypor data logger. Nothing came close to my big bikes, but back on my old 600 I ran into some tough f6's,xr6's, supra's, etc that gave me an awesome run. Also, most rider's can't launch..period. 600 with pro rider 0-100 around 3-3.5 at best. Squid 0-100 usually 5+ seconds... Credit to the F6

What made me laugh is the bike isn't even squatting down or the forks lifting. His going really slow on it, i've rode one and they are missiles. To give you an idea of the power/weight ratio of the bike. If the bike weighed 1.8 tons it would be makeing 1500 bhp. Those that thing the bike was slow and it struggled, arrange a race and record it and show us all. I've heard of a 1098 doing a 1/4 of a mile in 9.79 @ 147 mph. Thats without a turbo, unlike what cars need.
cars don't need forced induction to pull times like that, cortina in the clubs running a NA 351 and pull 10.2 with complete interior, rip that out and prolly grab that last bit and win
Maybe not but needs one highly tuned large engine. How about adding a turbo to a 1098. That bike isn't tuned to the maxium possible. Any vechile with tunning can get good times. Bike are more fun though.

@yzsonly well to date i have spent just over 3grand on bolt on gear like high flow cat, dump pipe, injectors, intercooler + tune for nearly 450hp at the wheels which is 11 seconds on street tyres. and that just held up against the r6. so that 21k inc buying the car which is an 06 luxury pack :D i think they are good value. but its hard to beat a bike in that sense. very hard

he's not even using 60% of that bikes power, sounds like he's changing at around 7,500 revs, this bike revs to 10,500.
Seriously, that bike can do 0 - 100mph in under 6 seconds, i have one.
The driver is a wanker and so is the rider for not wearing protective gear.

to clear up some details cause some of you talk shit, the average motorbike at 600cc will get to 100 in under 3 seconds, the TYPHOON is over 5 seconds, conclusion the douche on the bike cant ride for shit, i race for brain tix bikes 250cc aprilia and i know for sure that would eat that car, shit it out then eat it again.

A Ducati 1098s does 0-100km/h slightly faster than a Bugatti Veyron. He clearly was not even flat out.
You say he struggled? The Bugatti has over 1,000HP and weighs more than an F6.

The Duc was getting on it....but the rider sucked and the F6 had plenty of balls. With the secondary throttle plates taken out + tune, I could launch my zx14 to a 2.4 second run to 100 recording with a veypor data logger. Nothing came close to my big bikes, but back on my old 600 I ran into some tough f6's,xr6's, supra's, etc that gave me an awesome run. Also, most rider's can't launch..period. 600 with pro rider 0-100 around 3-3.5 at best. Squid 0-100 usually 5+ seconds... Credit to the F6

Dude, i have one and with stock pipes it sounds just like that BEFORE you hit the power. The exhaust changes note when the REAL power kicks in. He's shifting around 8000rpm probably because the rider is a dumb ass squid who can't ride for shit. I don't blame him, i'd be shit scared aswell to rev the bike out if i was wearing a t-shirt.

What made me laugh is the bike isn't even squatting down or the forks lifting. His going really slow on it, i've rode one and they are missiles. To give you an idea of the power/weight ratio of the bike. If the bike weighed 1.8 tons it would be makeing 1500 bhp. Those that thing the bike was slow and it struggled, arrange a race and record it and show us all. I've heard of a 1098 doing a 1/4 of a mile in 9.79 @ 147 mph. Thats without a turbo, unlike what cars need.

Maybe not but needs one highly tuned large engine. How about adding a turbo to a 1098. That bike isn't tuned to the maxium possible. Any vechile with tunning can get good times. Bike are more fun though.
