CARRABELLE — Independent gubernatorial candidate Lawton "Bud" Chiles III is a defendant in seven lawsuits stemming from a construction business currently in bankruptcy and a foreclosed condo development.

Most of the suits are either foreclosure cases or claims that Chiles and his partners did not pay leases for construction equipment

yes Verizon and bright house networks all have a under the sheets agreement, all the cell and cable co. have a networking agreement, bright house has all the phone sevices on their fiber network running through the maitland NOC, any where in the state of FL, nextel, verizon,att. bellsouth all ,long distance, and interstate go through the bright house switch.
