Well it seems that wars need to be sold these days, in terms of public relations and focusing on a threat. That's how the public get on the side of a war. Remember how many people marched all over the world before the Iraq war in opposition of it ? That was a strong voice, it was ignored. Leaders make their reasons for war before they even bring it up.

In Iran after 9/11, over a million people marched in solidarity with the US.. but we don't hear that now. Wars are for the rich.
