The theme by the electric guitar kills it, it just makes you realize you're nothing in this big world...The accoustic guitars of the original place it in the mad scientist's place or smaller room.

First, you can't bring back the creativity or the culture. Hip-hop is unique in both where/where it came from. It certainly doesn't need a reinvention.

Second, the only way hip-hop can progress is if the artists focus on music theory not on lyrics. The lyrics today are just as disingenuous to the listener as they were during it's conception. Today's audience has little in common with today's artists, let alone the artists from the mid 80s.

Listen to rock from the 50s and then today.

Ghostwriter was the first song I heard from RJD2, There's not a single song he's done that I don't like but up until the moment I heard this, the original Ghostwriter was my favorite. I didn't think it could get any better, but holy crap. This is just amazing.
