I found that the crest whitening strips work pretty good. I notice a difference the first few times I used it, but the more I used them though the less difference I saw.

Arm and Hammer makes a hydrogen peroxide and baking soda tooth paste which so far hasn't hurt me. It helps whiten a little bit but only for minor coloration.

DIAMOND DUST??!! Ok I'm not the world's smartest person but c'mon. You're going to a dentist who'll coat your teeth with the world's strongest mineral. I guarantee it tears into your enamel. Baking Soda works but still can do the same thing to your teeth. That's why baking powder which is a lot cheaper and less abrasive can be used. I use it weekly. And look at my teeth.... : D
